OEB Breakfast Co., is now open in Langley, BC! This marks the brand’s 16th location.
The breakfast and brunch concept is the creation of classically-trained Chef, Mauro Martina, whose first location opened its doors in Calgary in 2009.
OEB Langley serves breakfast & brunch fare featuring familiar classics and adventurous plates showcasing seasonal, fresh ingredients from local suppliers for guests to indulge in.
Signature dishes include The Soul in a Bowl, French Toast Trifle, and Canadian Lobster and Shrimp Crêpe.
This 2621-square-foot Langley space is located at #545, 19705 Fraser Hwy, in Willowbrook Shopping Centre’s all-new dining and entertainment area, the Courtyard.
At capacity, the restaurant seats 80 guests inside, and 44 guests on the exterior covered patio.
The beautiful and vibrant space was designed by Janks Design Group, with the colourful wallpaper created to mirror the freshness of local ingredients used at the restaurant.
The restaurant is complete with a full bar and custom pantries featuring OEB’s premium culinary ingredients.
OEB Langley has a Yelp waitlist and accepts a limited number of weekday reservations.
Here’s what we tried:
Korean Bulgogi – Korean style shaved inside round beef, pepperonata
Duck Confit Crostini – Confit duck leg, chestnut, poached eggs, fennel, pickled onions, pomegranate, spicy caramel, fresh herbs
Belgian Waffle – Quebec maple syrup, salted butter, powdered sugar with berries and whipped cream.
Green Machine – Spinach, avocado, orange, pineapple, mango, chia seed
