Here are New Years’ Eve festivities in the South Street Seaport at CASA TuLuMon December 31st.The newly opened, stylish Mexican restaurant focusing on seafood and coastal fare will be offering an exclusive three-course tasting menu with seatings at 9:30 pm and 10 pm priced at $200 per person (not including beverages, tax, or gratuity).At midnight, a complimentary glass of champagne will be served along with party favors to ring in the New Year!

Ring in the New Year, Mediterranean Style! Chef Ari Bokovza is offering a three-course prix-fixe dinner at Dagon for $135. Start with chef’s Amuse Bouche, and Truffled Apple-Celery Soup, followed by appetizer options such as Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with caviar, Shishbarak with shaved truffles, Foie Gras and Grape Skewers, and Warm Maitake Mushroom Salad. Chef Sol Han is offering a $175 festive New Year’s Eve five-course prix-fixe dinner from 5:30 pm to 10 pm. It starts with a series of Chef’s Snacks for The Table, including Fried Eel with Wildflower Honey and Bee Pollen before moving on to Tuna Mille Feuille, Live Scallop with Uni Sabayon, and Wagyu Short Rib with Roasted Bone Marrow – all prepared with Chef Han’s signature touch of playfulness and French technique. Monterey
Midtown Manhattan’s new retro-chic American restaurant is making sure to close 2022 on a high note with two seatings on New Year’s Eve. First seating will be from 5:00 pm through 8:30 pm, featuring a three-course prix-fixe menu for $125; the second seating will begin at 8:30 pm and go until 2:00 am. The five-course prix-fixe menu for $195 starts with Oysters on the Half Shell and Champagne, followed by appetizer options like Wagyu Carpaccio, Chilled Half Lobster, Bluefin Tuna Tartare with Santa Barbara Uni, and Hokkaido Scallop Crudo with Ossetra Caviar. Mid-course options include Black Truffle Lasagna and Scottish Langoustine Scampi or Capellini with White Truffle for an additional $65. Entree offerings include Dry Aged Rohan Duck, Beef Tenderloin, Black Truffle Risotto, Roasted Tilefish, Iberico Pork Chop, or Steamed Black Bass. Noz Market
In Japan, Ōmisoka, or New Year’s Eve, is a time when family and friends gather to reflect on the past year and usher in the new over shared traditional meals. A popular choice for dinner on Ōmisoka is the colorful Chirashi Sushi; so Michelin-starred Sushi Noz is continuing their annual tradition of celebrating with a Bara-Chirashi containing Noz’s signature red-vinegared sushi rice, topped with a variety of seasonal fish and other ingredients to be enjoyed at home. Each family-sized box is $165 and feeds two to four people making it the perfect treat for an intimate New Year’s Eve gathering. Pick up is from the newly renovated Noz Market, located at 1374 3rd Avenue (next door to Sushi Noz, on the corner of East 78th and Third Avenue) from 11 am to 6 pm on December 31st. GG Tokyo
GG Tokyo, which emulates Tokyo’s famed Golden Gai district, known for its lively vibe and patronage of musicians, artists, writers, and celebrities, will be hosting a party to celebrate the New Year!
GG Tokyo will offer an open bar from 9 pm to 12 am with an extensive champagne and spirit list, a Tarlant champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres for the first hour, and of course, no New Year’s party is complete without a DJ—which GG Tokyo will also be providing. The sponsors of this party are Tarlant Champagne and Botanist Gin.
Tickets are available on Tock, priced at $175 a person. The party will run from 9:00 pm till 1:00 am.

Chef Tony Inn presents a five-course New Year’s Eve prix-fixe for $225 from 5:30 pm-10:30 pm at his new modern Japanese restaurant Taru, adjacent to the glamorous Baccarat Hotel. It begins with Sashimi and Nigiri before moving on to a choice of Sakana, grilled sea eel with sancho pepper, or Niku, braised short rib with miso honey carrots. For dessert there’s Soba Cha Castella Cake with truffle ice cream. A beverage pairing is available for an additional $125. Reservations may be made here.
Vestry
Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt’s New Year’s Eve Special at SoHo hotspot, Vestry is as festive as it gets! The five-course menu ($275) includes Smoked Trout with butternut squash and maple, and Beef Tartare with truffle and horseradish for the table, followed by Foie Gras Cherry Ripe and Hokkaido Sea Urchin with egg yolk custard, crab, and caviar. Guests are offered Maine Lobster with sweet potato followed by a choice between Colorado Lamb Belly with winter truffles or Cervena Venison with huckleberries; finish the meal with a Chocolate selection including tahitian vanilla, coffee, and pistachios. Hidden Leaf
Hidden Leaf, located within Manhattan West’s Midnight Theatre, is offering a four-course prix-fixe.
The pan-Asian restaurant led by restaurateur Josh Cohen (Lilia, Chez Ma Tante, Saint Vitus) and Chef Chai Trivedi will serve up Icelandic Dover Sole, Shao Kao 28-Day Dry-Aged Ribeye, Chicken Khao Soi and more.

In addition to the NYE dining experience at Hidden Leaf, Midnight Theatre is hosting a night of Dim Sum & Drag. The evening will feature performances from The Drag Chanteuse of NYC Castrata. From 9:30 till midnight, guests will enjoy dim sum and a champagne toast alongside live performances.
