Marking a significant milestone, this collaboration will be the first food and beverage partnership of its kind that citizenM has undertaken across its extensive portfolio of international hotels.

Culinary highlights include BLACK TRUFFLE TEQUENOS – truffled queso-filled breadsticks served with spicy green goddess sauce; SKINNY DIPS – a trio of hummus, tzatziki, and French onion dips accompanied by vegetable crudités and plantain chips; and TUNA TARTARE TACOS featuring bluefin tuna, avocado, and a chili-soy vinaigrette.
