Here’s to saying goodbye to 2025 and welcoming a new year. Here are ways to celebrate New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day in Toronto including events and special offerings by restaurants and local businesses.
New Year’s Eve is Wednesday, December 31 and New Year’s Day is Thursday, January 1.
New Year’s Eve Toronto 2025 and Day Brunch 2026
This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.
The Chase is offering a New Year’s Eve multi course dinner for $145 per guest. The menu includes canapés such as oysters with caviar and foie gras mousse, followed by Canadian bluefin tuna crudo and agnolotti with roasted sunchoke and fennel. Guests may choose Wagyu striploin with wild mushroom and black garlic or B.C. halibut with truffle veloute as the main course, concluding with a Valrhona chocolate tart with seabuckthorn and caramel chantilly.
Canto Restaurant and Bar is offering a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner beginning at 6 PM with passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, followed by a seated four course menu served at 7 PM and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. On New Year’s Day, Canto offers breakfast from 8 AM and an à la carte brunch service from 11 AM to 2 PM with mimosa and cocktail specials.
TOCA is offering a New Year’s Eve four course dinner for $185 per adult, with an optional sommelier selected wine pairing and live entertainment. New Year’s Day Brunch is an elevated buffet with mimosa and prosecco specials for $185 per adult.
LANO is offering a New Year’s Eve three course dinner for $95 per adult that includes a chef served seafood course on ice and signature mains. Dinner. Disco. Countdown is a three course dinner for $135 per adult that transitions into a late night party with an all vinyl DJ set, disco ball ambiance and a late night menu after 11 PM.
EPOCH Bar and Kitchen Terrace is offering a New Year’s Eve celebration with a DJ and live saxophonist, festive menus and signature cocktails. The 5 PM to 7:30 PM seating features a four course menu for $125 per adult, while the 9:30 PM seating features a five course menu for $180 per adult.
Adrak Yorkville is offering festive New Year’s Eve cocktails for pre celebration drinks with specialty flavours designed for the occasion.
The Frederick is offering a Happy Hour menu suited for those seeking a pre event warm up before heading to evening plans.
