Dowling’s at The Carlyle

Dowling’s at The Carlyle is offering a New Year’s Eve Seating 1 featuring a special three-course prix fixe menu. Priced at $150 per person. Reservations for December 31st from 5.30-6:30 p.m.

They are also offering a New Year’s Eve Seating 2 with an exquisite five-course dinner created by Executive Chef Sylvain Delpique, accompanied by unforgettable music from the Hank Lane Quartet and dancing throughout the evening in The Carlyle’s Art Deco lobby. Reservations for December 31st from 9 -10 p.m. Priced at $725 per person.

Carmine’s

Family-style Italian restaurant Carmine’s is offering a Surf & Turf special on New Years’s Eve (West Side location only) and New Year’s Day (both West Side and Times Square).

It includes a Porterhouse Steak and two-pound Lobster Oreganata.

Their full menu with favorites including Penne Alla Vodka, their famous Meatballs, and Chicken Parmigiana will also be available to order.

Aquavit

Two Michelin star restaurant Aquavit is offering multiple options on New Year’s Eve for guests who want to close out the year indulging in Chef Emma Bengtsson’s Scandinavian fare. There will be two seatings offered in the main Dining Room; a four-course tasting menu at 6 pm for $275 pp with courses like Scallop with Caviar and 7x Beef with Black Truffle, and a seven-course tasting menu starting at 7:30 pm for $425 pp including Caviar with Langoustine, and Duck with Sea Buckthorn, and a glass of champagne to  toast to the new year. At the Bar and Lounge, Aquavit will offer a three-course prix fixe menu for $175 pp between 6pm and 10pm. Reservations can be made on tock.

Dagon

On 91st and Broadway, Chef Partner Ari Bokovza is tapping into his Isreali heritage to create a New Year’s Day and New Year’s Eve feast – la dolce vita Tel Aviv style. With two seatings available, the first is priced at $135 for a three-course menu; the second seating is priced at $185 for a four-course menu that includes an, amuse, a glass of champagne and a DJ. A few of the first-course options include Apple Fennel “Cappuccino” with steamed yogurt, zaatar, truffle, diver scallop tartare, Roasted Bone Marrow with warm pita, harissa, oxtail ragu, hackleback caviar, and Pumpkin Shishbarak in labneh espuma, brown butter, hazelnuts, shallots, and shaved winter truffle. Second course offerings range from Dry Aged Ribeye with a potato chestnut gratin and fresh herb-radish salad, to Pastrami Cured Duck Breast with truffle-labneh spaetzle, natural jus, and Wild Mushroom Tagine served with couscous, truffles, porcini broth, and local farm vegetables. Little Owl

The corner gem Little Owl, celebrating 15 years in Greenwich Village, is offering a three-course prix fixe menu for New Year’s Eve by Chef Joey Campanaro. Set at $125 pp, dishes include first course options such as Grilled Lobster or Bluefin Tuna Ponzu, second courses including Bucatini and Risotto di Tutti Mare, and the third course, items like Spatchcock Hen, Surf & Turf, and of course their classic Pork Chop & Butter Beans. Dessert includes options like Basil Scented Panna Cotta, New York Apple-Cranberry Crisp, and Chocolate Souffle. Available 6PM until close, reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Marathi

Tribeca’s Greek Bistro Marathi is open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day for brunch and dinner. This lofty restaurant draped in colors of the Mediterranean Sea  is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a special three-course menu at $75 by Chef Nicholas Poulmentis, in addition to a la carte options. Dishes include Chef’s famous Dakos Salad, Lamb Chopped with a colorful ratatouille, and Baklava Saragli as a dessert. For New Year’s Day’s brunch Chef is tapping into his Greek roots once again offering Greek Pancakes topped with honey, yogurt and walnuts giving everyone a sweet start to the year and hearty Pastrami Hash and Eggs topped with sunny side up eggs, leeks, potatoes, and a salsa verde, which will certainly soak up the revelry from the night before. Marseille

French neighborhood brasserie Marseille in Hell’s Kitchen is ringing in New Year’s Eve with a special three-course menu at $75 pp, served from 5PM to midnight. Chef Daniel Drexler is crafting hors d’oeuvres like his signature Petite Bouillabaisse and Pâté De Foie De Canard, entrees such as Honey Lavender Glazed Duck Breast, Venison Loin, and Olive Crusted Halibut, as well as festive desserts to cap off the evening (and any guest’s sweet tooth) – Chocolate Opera Cake, Raspberry Almond Jaconde, and Warm Apple Tart – to name a few. Those who choose the 10PM seating also get to enjoy a complimentary champagne toast and party favors at the ball drop. Reservations can be made via OpenTable and the menu can be found here.

The Mermaid Inn

Casual seafood restaurant The Mermaid Inn will be celebrating New Year’s Eve at their Chelsea and UWS locations with a prix-fixe four-course menu at $85 pp starting at 7:15 pm.  The first course includes options like Roasted Maine Sea Scallops or Tuna Tartar. Rock Shrimp Risotto is served as the second course, and entree options include Mediterranean Branzino, Burgundy Braised Short Rib, or their Almost Famous Lobster Roll, while dessert is a Magnolia Bakery Cupcake. A la carte offerings are available at the bar, and the regular menu is available before 6:30pm. Their Greenwich Village Oyster Bar will be offering specials as well. Nice Matin

At Upper West Side staple, Nice Matin, Chef Eric Starkman created a three- course prix-fixe menu for the occasion. Priced at $75 pp, the menu starts off with hors d’oeuvres such as Classic French Onion Soup and Escargot Bourguignon, entrees like a Garlic Crusted Roast Rack of Lamb, Truffle Ravioli, and Duck Cassoulet, along with a festive featured dessert: decadent Chocolate Dacquoise (in addition to choices from the regular dessert menu). Offered from 5PM until midnight, the restaurant boasts ideal corner views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Reservations can be made on OpenTable and the menu is linked here

Oliva

Chef Franklin Becker’s newest concept, the lively and energetic Spanish restaurant Oliva, in West Harlem, is closing out the year with a celebratory bang this New Year’s Eve. To bring in 2022, Franklin built out a four-course prix-fixe menu priced at $75 pp with complimentary cava and party favors at midnight. First course choices include pre-selected options From the Earth (vegetable-forward tapas), From the Farm (charcuterie and cheese), or From the Sea (an assortment of seafood), second-course offerings such as Remolacha y Valdeón (beets and blue cheese) and an Empanada de Atun with aioli and mixed greens. Third course dishes include Salchichón de Ajo garlic sausage with lentils and romesco and Fideos de Tinta de Calamar (short pasta, langosta, saffron), and finally dessert with a Churro con Ponche de Jerez (churros with sherry), Cremoso de Chocolate with olive oil and marcona almond, and more. Portale

On New Year’s Eve, Portale in Chelsea will offer two prix-fixe menus; those who prefer an early-seating can enjoy the three-course menu at $140 pp featuring some of Chef Alfred Portale’s signature dishes such as Terrina with muscovy duck, foie gras, kumquat mostarda, and Lumache pasta, with bolognese bianco, black truffle, and Parmigiano. Those who want to usher in the new year at Portale, can choose the late-night seating indulging in the five-course prix-fixe menu at $275 that features Insalata di Aragosta with poached Maine lobster to start, Agnolotti with taleggio, black truffle, Costolette with gigante bean purée, thumbelina carrots, cippolini onion, black truffle, and Ippoglosso, a seared halibut with leeks, potato purée, sorrento lemon, osetra caviar. Socarrat Paella Bar

Head to Socarrat on La Nochevieja (New Year’s Eve) to ring in 2022 with a Spanish feast! All three locations of Socarrat will offer their holiday menu for dine-in and take out for $65 pp, which features a Lamb Truffle Paella with lamb chops served with shareable tapas such as Croquetas de Hongo – mushroom croquettes and Gambas al Ajillo – garlic shrimp – and sweet classics like Churros with Chocolate. Starting at 9:45 pm, they will also serve a dine-in only four-course prix-fixe dinner for $90 pp, featuring a Spanish charcuterie board with tapas and paella of  choice, served with 12 grapes – a nod to the Spanish tradition of eating a grape with each bell-strike as a good-luck wish for the coming year, and glass of Cava for the midnight toast. Virgil’s Real BBQ

On New Year’s Day, head to Virgil’s Real Barbecue to celebrate the new year with their Surf & Turf ($99) special, a Tomahawk Steak and Shrimp Skewers, served with two of Virgil’s signature sides such as mac and cheese, cole slaw, or potato. Their beverage menu includes everything from Virgil’s Margarita by the glass or gallon to share, to their signature Bloody Mary the Big Bloody Bull Rider, perfect for nursing any hangovers from the night before. Per Se

Per Se is offering a New Year’s Eve Dinner which begins with a glass of Dom Pérignon champagne followed by a 10-course luxury menu with the option of a special wine accompaniment designed by our Head Sommelier, Hak Soo Kim.

Ring in 2022 while enjoying their live jazz band, and conclude your evening by ringing in the New Year with a rosé champagne toast.

The dinner seating is $950 per person and the wine accompaniment is $550 per person.

Carroll Plaace

Carroll Place is a classic Italian American wine bar and gastropub in the heart of Greenwich Village. For New Year’s Day diners can enjoy one of the best brunch deals in town from 11am – 4pm featuring 90 minutes of unlimited brunch drinks with any entree including a mimosa, bloody mary, or rose sangria for $28. Traditional and unique specialties are also available such as baked truffle eggs, pancakes and gelato, steak and eggs, and more. Ten Hope Winter Garden

Ten Hope Winter Garden n the heart of Williamsburg will celebrate the beginning of the year with a complimentary glass of Bloody Mary or Mimosa with the purchase of a brunch entree. Ainslie

Ainslie in Williamsburg will be open on the holiday for an All You Can Drink Brunch available for indoor and outdoor dining at the wine bar, beer garden and Italian restaurant’s rooftop and expansive sidewalk area from 11am – 4pm. Loulou

Loulou in Chelsea is celebrating the new year by offering their entire brunch menu from 10am – 3pm. Egg Shop

American Brass

American Brass in Long Island City (2-01 50th Avenue) will offer a New Year’s Day Price Fixe brunch special for $45 per person. The special menu includes a choice of one beverage, entree, and side. Beverages include a choice between a Bloody Mary or Mimosa. Entree choices include Belgian waffles, smoked salmon benedict, potato hash, buttermilk fried chicken, dry aged burger, or vegetarian omelet. Haven Rooftop

Haven Rooftop atop The Sanctuary Hotel (132 W. 47th Street) will offer a New Year’s Day Hangover Brunch from 12pm – 3pm for a hair of the dog cure-all. Welcome the new year with sunglasses inside and their specialty cocktail list in their Winter Ski Chalet. Cocktails include Cielo with Casamigos Tequila, Jalapeno, Cucumber and Cilantro, the Solstice with Tito’s Vodka, Strawberry Puree, Peach Liqueur and Prosecco, and the Orbit with Bombay Dry Gin, Thyme syrup, Basil and lemon juice. Nebula

Nebula (135 W 41st St) will welcome legendary DJ Victor Calderone to headline EVOLVE, a New Year’s Day Dance Party like no other, featuring DJ Avision. Sestina

Sestina is serving their full menu, along with a few seasonal specials and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for all who dine. They are also offering a special of an appetizer, 2 portions of pasta, a bottle of wine, and dessert – $95 for 2 people. They are open from 5 pm – 11 pm.

Quality Meats

Quality Meats is offering their full menu and holiday specials all season long. 

Victor’s Café

Victor’s Café will be open from 4 pm – midnight, with the last seating at 10:30 pm. They’ll be serving an a la carte menu as well as some holiday specials.

Bistango at The Kimberly Hotel

Bistango at The Kimberly Hotel will be having brunch service from 12 pm – 4 pm and then dinner and xhampagne specials all evening. Party favors and fun will be had by all as they welcome 2022 with open arms.

Rosie O’Grady’s

Rosie O’Grady’s is offering a New Year’s Eve celebration starting at 9 pm for five hours of Premium Open Bar, Five Course Gourmet Dinner, Music, Dancing, and a chance to join the crowd to watch the ball drop.

Atlantic Grill

Lincoln Square’s Atlantic Grill recently reopened under new management and continues to offer the freshest seafood and highest quality meats, now with a touch of Michelin-starred Chef Antonio Salvatore’s Mediterranean influence while also pulling inspiration from the food and cuisines near global bodies of water.

For New Year’s Eve, Atlantic Grill will offer its a la carte menu from 5pm – 7pm. Then, from 7:15pm – 10:45pm, the restaurant will offer a prix-fixe NYE Gala menu for $245 per person that features old-school classics including: fresh oysters; Salpicon de Octopus with fresh peppers, mojo potatoes, spices; handcrafted Pasta Tartufata with black truffles, corn, and crispy onion; Salmon Béarnaise with green beans, cherry tomatoes, dill, and Béarnaise sauce; New York Strip Steak with black truffles, whole grain mustard, and potatoes; Lobster Thermidor; and Lamb Chops, among other dishes. Royal Osetra Caviar service may be added for $55. Oh, and dessert is included too. Reservations may be made via OpenTable.

Benno

Benno is the Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant from lauded chef, Jonathan Benno, located inside the glamorous, art-deco Evelyn Hotel. The cuisine reflects the breadth of Chef Benno’s culinary experience, showcasing classic French technique and contemporary Italian cooking, as well as highlighting additional regions along the Mediterranean coast.

Miss dressing up? Say “Au revoir” to 2021 in style at Benno with a black & white-themed New Year’s Eve celebration. Guests are invited to dress their best in black & white while enjoying a tasting menu featuring black and white truffles, caviar, and champagne. The first seating of the night starts at 5pm with a $275 4-course tasting menu ($150 beverage pairing), and second seating begins at 8pm with a $450 7-course tasting menu ($250 beverage pairing) featuring delicacies like royal white sturgeon caviar, marbre de foie gras, and a champagne toast at midnight. Casa Limone

For those dreaming of a holiday abroad, head to Casa Limone for a taste of Southern Italy this holiday season. The casual yet elegant Italian restaurant is decked with boughs of fir, and a lemon-yellow vespa piled high with glowing Christmas presents sits in the front entryway. Just steps from the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree and the festive window displays at Saks Fifth Avenue, Casa Limone is a conveniently-located finale to your holiday excursions.

For those looking for a spot to eat before grabbing a spot in Times Square for the Ball Drop or need a respite in bustling midtown, Casa Limone is offering it’s a la carte menu and open an hour later than normal, from 8am to 11pm. Toast to the New Year with the signature Kir Italiano ($19) with Pasqua Prosecco, Creme Yvette, St-Germain, & lemon juice. 

Macchina

Owned and operated by the team behind The Bedford and Roebling Sporting Club, Macchina focuses on quality food and an approachable wine and Italian aperitif cocktail menu delivered in a casual setting. Macchina celebrates modern Italian American fare, bringing clean flavors to life in artigiano pizzas and pastas using Italian stone-fired burning ovens of Swedish design. The restaurant boasts a rustic setting that celebrates vintage Italian mechanicals.

Macchina is also open from 5pm to 11pm on New Year’s Eve, and invites guests to savor an Italian aperitif cocktail as they count down the minutes to 2022.

Saint Theo’s

Saint Theo’s will be open on New Year’s Eve, bringing the celebration into 2022 in style.

Spaghetti Tavern

Spaghetti Tavern, a Pasta-Slinging Honky Tonk bar, is the dream of Jason Scott and Robert Marchetti – Two friends who love late nights, country music, spaghetti and whiskey. This tavern is, put simply, a one stop shop for all of your favorite things, so that you don’t have to move your barstool from open until closing time. Imagine a room packed to the rafters with taxidermy, old country records, an extensive back bar split equally between American Whiskey and Tequila, eight types of fresh handmade spaghetti, baked ziti, meatballs, garlic bread, ice cream sundaes and tiramisu. 

Open on New Years Eve, the Spaghetti Tavern, a Pasta-Slinging Honky Tonk bar, will be raising a toast to 2022 with champagne and lots of carbs.

Valerie NYC

Located in one of Manhattan’s most iconic neighborhoods, Valerie’s dynamic space pays homage to the city’s Golden Age and it’s existing timeless architecture. The decorative components reflect a nostalgic, artful mix of old and new, moody and refined. Valerie focuses on quality, warm service, and a nostalgic-upbeat ambiance.

Valerie will be hosting a night perfect for those looking to “Imbibe, Dine & Dance.” Reservations can be made by purchasing tickets ($200 each) with the addition of taxes and 20% gratuity. The ticket includes a three-course dinner, three hours of bottomless signature cocktails, Fords Gin Beverage Cart, bubbles, wine, beer, as well as live entertainment from Danny Lipsizt.

Yoon Haeundae Galbi

Midtown’s Yoon Haeundae Galbi presents a contemporary take on traditional Korean BBQ recipes, inspired by owner Bobby Yoon’s grandfather’s restaurant Haeundae Somunnan Amso Galbijib, which opened in 1964 in Busan, South Korea.

Yoon will be open from 5pm to 10:30pm on New Year’s Eve, and invites guests to send off 2021 with the city’s best KBBQ short rib.

SUTRA

SUTRA is open for lunch and dinner on New Year’s Eve.

BONDST

BONDST is offering their regular menu as well as specials for New Year’s Eve.

Tribeca Grill

Tribeca Grill is offering a New Year’s Eve 4 course menu and dancing (till 1:30 am) to the BIG Band. Band members are from the Seeger Sessions Tour with Bruce Springsteen. $175 per person. Reserve before Dec 1 just $150. Seating from 9 pm – 10:30 pm. Early dinner from 5 pm – 6:30 pm with an à la carte menu.

Double Zero

Double Zero will be open on New Year’s Eve serving their regular menu and seasonal specials. They are also having a special one hour and half open bar for $45 per person.

BAR VERDE

BAR VERDE will be open on New Year’s Eve serving their regular menu and seasonal specials. They are also having a special 2 hours of open bar for $95 per person with 3 courses menu.

Nubleu Restaurant

Nubleu Restaurant (Brooklyn) is offering a prix-fixe menu for New Year’s Eve.

Fogo de Chao – Long Island

Fogo de Chao is offering dinner price all day and seasonal menu items. To-Go package also available for pre-order.

Robert

Robert is offering a NYE celebration with seating starting at 6:00 pm for a $120 three course prix fixe. Late seating reservations start at 8:30 pm, with a four course prix fixe dinner for $365.

Salon de Ning

Salon de Ning is offering New Year’s Eve rooftop party. High above the lights of Fifth Avenue, toast to 2022 at their Rooftop New Year’s Eve party. The glamorous event will see Salon de Ning and Chalet de Ning transformed into a Studio54 inspired disco party on their heated rooftop terrace.

While enjoying an evening of 70s-themed music with a live DJ, the event will include a raw bar, passed hors d’oeuvres and a specialty cocktail bar.

Grab a glass of Champagne and dance the night away 23 stories above the city with a midnight countdown.
