Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis
Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis has the following New Year’s offerings:
New Year’s Eve (Sunday, December 31, 2023 with seatings from 5:00 to 9:30 pm): As tribute to the last dinner service of 2023, Mara offers a four-course, prix-fixe menu. Mara Bar stays open until 12:30 am with food served until 10:45 pm, a final champagne toast at 11:55 pm and last call at 12:15 am. $175 for adults. Reservations available on Tock starting November 1, 2023 at 12:00 noon.
New Year’s Day (Monday, January 1, 2024 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 to 9:30 pm): Kick off the New Year with a new prix-fixe menu for lunch and Mara favourites for dinner. À la carte pricing. Reservations available on Tock starting November 1, 2023 at 12:00 noon.
Nordic Village
A Minnesota cabin experience in the middle of the city, Nordic Village invites guests to enjoy private dining in parties up to four or eight. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian menu items will be available.
New Year’s Eve (Sunday, December 31, 2023, with seatings at 5:00, 8:00 and 11 pm): Continuing with an ode to Nordic traditions, the last meal of the year in Nordic Village features Pickled Herring, Duck, Salmon, Clams, Beef Tenderloin, Caviar and Truffles. Then, toast to Northern Winters and 2024 with a favourite beverage and a dessert course of Minnesota-shaped S’mores and Petit Fours. $195 for adults, with the option to add on featured wine pairings. Reservations available on Tock starting November 1, 2023 at 12:00 noon.

Featuring the music of Elton John, Queen, ABBA, and more from the glam rock and disco era. Includes a New Year’s Toast and hors d’oeuvres. Doors open at 8pm, and the band begins at 9pm.

Blondette is offering a New Year’s Eve 5-course menu. Priced at $130 per person.
Smoked Salmon Gougere – a delicious French pastry ball followed by fish selection of the evening. The fish selection of the night will be Scallop Rossini featuring Foie Gras and truffle! The third course on the menu is a delicious handmade pumpkin ravioli served with kabocha squash, pomegranate seeds, and a brown butter walnut crumble! After the pasta is meat course. You will have the option between Duck Confit, or grilled Rack of Lamb as your fourth course of the evening. To finish, an Apple Tart Tartin topped with crushed gingerbread! *Gluten and Vegt available.
