Dining-Focused New Year’s Eve Celebrations
Piero’s Italian Cuisine in Las Vegas is offering a special New Year’s Eve a la carte dining experience on Wednesday, December 31. Service runs from 5 PM to 2 AM, with last seating at midnight. The New Year’s Eve menu features a chef-curated seafood platter with freshly shucked oysters, jumbo shrimp, and Florida stone crab, followed by a surf-and-turf entrée of filet mignon and butter-poached Australian lobster tail served with parmesan polenta and charred asparagus. Additional offerings include a burrata and citrus insalata and a fruit cobbler with vanilla gelato for dessert. Guests may also order from the regular Italian menu, with live Rat Pack–style entertainment scheduled in the Monkey Bar throughout the evening. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Las Vegas is offering New Year’s Eve fireworks launched from ARIA, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Fontainebleau, Planet Hollywood, The Venetian, Palms, Resorts World, The STRAT, TI and Plaza Hotel & Casino, along with a countdown displayed on the Sphere’s Exosphere.
Glittering Lights in Las Vegas is offering a 9 PM fireworks show as part of its drive through light experience running through January 4.

Las Vegas Monorail is offering 43 hours of continuous service beginning 7 AM December 31 with discounted fares for locals and online passes for visitors.
