Ambler
Ambler in Denver is offering an East Coast-inspired New Year’s Eve celebration with an early toast to the ball drop at 10 PM. The downtown venue provides an ideal setting for guests planning to continue the festivities elsewhere or head home for an early night, making it a fitting choice for those embracing their resolutions early.
The Cherry Cricket
The Cherry Cricket in Denver is celebrating New Year’s Eve across all three of its locations with a midnight champagne toast. Sparkling cider will also be available for guests seeking an alcohol-free option to mark the occasion.
Toro
Toro in Denver is offering a New Year’s Eve prix-fixe dinner priced at $105 per person, with reservations available until 11:30 PM. The menu features appetizers such as crispy prawns with panko bread crumbs, roasted beets with hibiscus orange vinaigrette, and lobster corn chowder with crème fraiche foam. Entrée options include chili-crusted prime rib with mashed potatoes and mint chimichurri, carnitas pork shank with escabeche vegetables and corn tortillas, and cast-iron chicken with mashed potatoes and chili-basil vinaigrette. Guests can add herbed butter lobster tail for $36. Dessert choices include coconut tres leches with vanilla sponge cake and smoked mason chocolate jar with chocolate ganache and salted caramel.
On New Year’s Day, Toro will host a “hangover” brunch, featuring enhanced champagne offerings and drink specials throughout breakfast and lunch service. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made online or by phone.
Restaurant Olivia
Restaurant Olivia in Denver is offering a five-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve tasting menu crafted by Head Chef Ty Leon. The menu features dishes such as poached local egg with truffle crispy potatoes, olive oil poached salmon with almond and sunchokes, and desserts including Struffoli drizzled in caramelized honey or parmesan cheesecake with champagne glaze.
Big Apple Bodega
Big Apple Bodega in Denver is offering an NYC-inspired New Year’s Eve takeout package priced at $80. The package includes a two-foot-long Sinatra Chopped Cheese sandwich, corn dog pups, dirty water pups, six bags of Boulder Chips, and party accessories such as hats and noise makers. Orders must be placed at least two days in advance by calling the restaurant directly.
Tamayo
Tamayo in Denver is offering a three-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve menu priced at $85 per person. Appetizer options include classic guacamole, smoked crab guacamole, baby kale and peaches, and morita-glazed pork belly. Main course selections feature oven-baked grouper fillet, langosta y camarones, prime beef tenderloin, and wild mushroom enchiladas. Desserts include honey vanilla cheesecake with a citrus berry blend and jericalla brûlée, a Mexican pumpkin crème brûlée. The evening concludes with a champagne toast.
Poka Lola Social Club
Poka Lola Social Club in Denver is hosting a disco-themed New Year’s Eve party featuring live DJs Kelen Mahan and Brendan Schmitt, a tarot card reader from 8 PM to 10 PM, and ample champagne offerings. The event is not ticketed, and guests are welcome to join freely. The venue will be closed on New Year’s Day.
Kachina Cantina
Kachina Cantina in Denver is celebrating New Year’s Eve with $3 tacos, tequila cocktails, and a lively Tuesday night atmosphere. On New Year’s Day, the restaurant will host a brunch featuring a bloody mary bar, champagne specials, and a “hangover” brunch pairing of michelada and pozole.
