Four Seasons Hotel Denver
Dine at EDGE Restaurant for dinner and try a variety of special New Year’s Eve entrees while a jazz duo serenades guests throughout the evening. Menu highlights include honey glazed Peking duck breast, salmon en croute, tableside shaved white alba truffles, and much more.
Dress to impress and ring in the New Year in the chic atmosphere of EDGE Bar. Dance the night away at the elegant New Year’s Eve Soirée and enjoy holiday cocktails, an ice carving with champagne and caviar, and a live DJ performing late into the evening. Complimentary champagne flutes will be served at midnight. A one-of-a-kind Veuve Clicquot Corner Bar will be set up for a variety of bubbly champagne cocktails and New Year’s décor.

The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa
New Year’s Eve at the Tropicana, Presented by the Colorado Mambo Orchestra – Dec. 31
Ring in the new year at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa with an evening of Miami-style music heat from the Colorado Mambo Orchestra. Led by world-renowned Latin Jazz legend, Raul Murciano – one of the founders of the famous Miami Sound Machine starring Gloria Estefan – New Year’s Eve at the Tropicana will transport revelers to a tropical paradise with the smooth style of a Cuban and Latin American Jazz mix. The event takes place on Dec. 31 from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and includes light bites, desserts, and a champagne toast. Additional food service will be available. General Admission price is $250 per person.

The Cooper Lounge is offering a New Year’s Eve Soirée. Priced at $100 per person.
Sunday Vinyl
Sunday Vinyl is offering a New Year’s Eve studio 54 party from 9pm – 1am. Priced at $200 per person [tax and gratuity additional]. Restaurant Olivia
This Washington Park staple is offering a five-course meal that will include cobb salad, handmade king crab anolini and lobster spaghetti, beef Wellington and eggplant parmesan. Reservations can be made here, with the experience priced at $145 per guest.
Along with its delectable food options, the Restaurant Olivia staff also celebrates each new year by writing down their intentions and goals for the upcoming year on a piece of paper, lighting it on fire and sprinkling the ashes in Champagne for a toast. Olivia will ring in both the New York (EST) and Denver new year (MST).
Tamayo by Chef Richard Sandoval
Tamayo, located in the festive Larimer Square, will be hosting a New Year’s Eve celebration dinner. Guests can indulge in a three-course dinner menu, including dishes such as a fig salad, Yucatan-style shrimp and lobster, zucchini enchiladas and a Bailey’s-steeped vanilla cake, for $80. Toro by Chef Richard Sandoval
Cherry Creek North’s gem Toro is ringing in the new year with its iconic flair. Guests are invited to participate in a prix-fixe, three course menu. Those interested can choose between beet salad and caldo verde soup to start and enjoy a smoked chili-crusted prime rib as an entrée.
Keeping true to the Latin American tradition of eating a dozen grapes as the countdown to the new year ensues, Toro will be serving a grape cheesecake with white wine sponge, dubbed the “Lucky Dozen Cake”, for dessert. Guests can revel in all three courses on New Year’s Eve for $130. Make reservations here.

BurnDown
This New Year’s Eve, come celebrate at BurnDown and ring in the New Year right with amazing live music and libations. BurnDown will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m., serving up cocktails like the Silk Suit made with Bear Creek rye vodka, lemon, tarragon and blackberry, and Rosemary’s Baby Mule. Their spin on the traditional Mule is made with Milagro tequila, pear liqueur, lemon, rosemary and angostura bitters. When celebrating with a crowd, the Shotski is a must-have!
For the perfect New Year’s Eve meal, order their braised short-rib with garlic mashed potatoes and a red wine demi-glace (a crowd-favorite), and their steak frites with parmesan french fries and chimichurri. For a vegetarian option, the wild mushroom pappardelle is luxuriously tossed in a three-cheese, Brandy and cream sauce that leaves guests wanting more.
Beastie Boys fans rejoice! The party starts at 10:00 p.m. and No Sleep Till BurnDown takes over with Sabotage, a Beastie Boys cover band that will play tight, high-energy renditions of classics like License To Ill and Paul’s Boutique.
