More than 20 restaurants and bars in the Triangle will participate in Negroni Week, running from Sept. 16-22, 2024. These venues will offer both classic Negronis, made with gin, vermouth, and Campari, as well as specialty Negroni cocktails. Participating restaurants will donate to Slow Food, a global initiative that unites local communities and activists in over 160 countries to create positive change through food and drink. Slow Food uses Negroni Week funds to support a grant program. Since its inception in 2013 by Imbibe magazine, Negroni Week has raised more than $5 million.
