Owners Chef Francis Ang and wife Dian Ang will be celebrating Mother’s Day at Abacá with a special brunch buffet from 9:00 AM until 1:30 PM on Sunday, May 12. Guests will have an array of dishes to select from including Tea Sandwiches (smoked salmon, calamansi cream cheese, and tinapa cream cheese), a Seafood Bar (oysters, salmon kinilaw, snow crab, shrimp cocktail), a Carving Station (prime rib and lechon belly), and house favorites such as Pork Adobo, Bibingka Pancakes, and Lumpia. There will also be a Dessert Bar with Chocolate Tartlets, Panna Cotta, Biko Purple Rice with Mango Jam, Cassava Cake and more. Tickets are $65 (half price for children 6 and under) and can be reserved through Resy.
Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco
Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco MKT Restaurant & Bar will offer a Mother’s Day Brunch with a curated selection of springtime favorites, as well as an exclusive cocktail to celebrate mom. The brunch will be available Sunday, May 12 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., alongside their “Mama” cocktail, crafted with peach purée, Zardetto Prosecco and elderflower foam. Reservations can be made on OpenTable here.

At Mattina, Chef Matthew Accarrino has put together a selection of a la carte dishes which will be available (in addition to the regular menu) on Sunday, May 12 from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM. The special dishes include:

- ‘Pasta Pie’ sausage & san marzano tomato ($19)

SPQR
Treat your mom to something special at SPQR! Chef Accarrino has put together a special
four-course prix fixe, available Sunday, May 12 from 11:30 AM until 8:30 PM. Courses include
an Antipasti (chilled green soup, whipped pecorino, split pea and black truffle), Pane
(housemade focaccia with herb butter), Primi (mafaldine with marsala mushrooms, spinach and
grana padano or pasta ‘rotolo’ with rabbit sugo, spring onion and ricotta salata), Secondi (beef
roast with spring ‘panzanella’ or sea scallop with saffron, spring beans and cherry tomato), and
Dolci (strawberry and rhubarb ‘crostata’ with vanilla cream and aged balsamic and rose
sugared bombolini). The prix fixe is $80 per person with an optional wine pairing for $55 and
can be booked on Resy.
