Milestones has opened their first-ever test kitchen, a location designed for creativity and experimentation. Guests can look forward to exclusive test kitchen dishes like Kettle Chip Nachos, Moroccan Meatballs, Samosa Poutine, while still being able to enjoy Milestones classics.

On the second floor, the brand has unveiled Fraser Bar, a speakeasy-style lounge inspired by the prohibition era and offering a curated cocktail program with both spirited and zero-proof options. The bar features its own menu of shareable bites, including Korean Fried Chicken Bao, Prawn Cold Rolls, Deviled Eggs and more. Below are some highlights from my visit.

Poco Paloma
A bright twist on the Paloma featuring blanco tequila, grapefruit soju, nigori sake, lemon, and blood orange seltzer with cinnamon syrup. Served with burnt cinnamon, it brings fizz, spice, and citrus into play for a lively, layered sip.

Innerbloom
Seedlip non-alc spirit, raspberry syrup, lime, soda, and fresh raspberries. Mint garnish keeps it refreshing and light, like ripe berries picked riverside.

Gin-less Glow
Juniper-based non-alc gin, hibiscus tea, green tea honey syrup, and lemon. Served with a lemon twist, it’s herbal and citrusy with an earthy backbone.

Nogroni Sbagliatno
Non-alc gin with Novara bitter aperitivo and blood orange seltzer. Garnished with an orange twist, it mimics the classic Negroni Sbagliato with no alcohol, keeping the signature bitterness and citrus while maintaining balance.
