UVA Restaurant & Bar, located at the Novotel Miami Brickell, invites guests and locals for an unforgettable Miami Spice lunch experience. Located in the open air shopping destination, CocoWalk, Eva has brought to Coconut Grove a charming Mediterranean-bistro spot led by Chef & Restaurateur Michael Beltran and Executive Chef Ashley Moncada at its helm. Take a trip to France this Miami Spice and indulge in Chef Thomas Keller’s award-winning bistro, Bouchon, nestled within the historic La Palma building in Coral Gables.
Bouchon’s Miami Spice specials feature an array of irresistible choices, with lunch ($35) available on Friday and Saturday and dinner ($60) from Tuesday to Saturday.

One of soccer legend Lionel Messi’s frequented restaurants, The Amalfi Llama at Esplanade at Aventura is joining Miami Spice for the first time. Known for seamlessly blending the allure of a rustic live-fire steakhouse with the tastes of traditional Italian and Argentinian cuisine, this hot newcomer will offer a special three-course dinner menu ($60/person) every day and a weekend three-course lunch menu ($35/person) on Saturdays and Sundays. Dinner menu highlights include the popular Short Rib Empanada appetizer served with chimichurri; Tuna Tartare with avocado and ponzu; choice of Truffle Tagliatelle with black truffle and Parmigiano-Reggiano or 8-ounce Center-Cut Filet with grilled asparagus; and the delightful Fire-Roasted Cheesecake for dessert. The restaurant offers an elevated menu of made-from-scratch recipes conceptualized by Chief Culinary Officer Cesar Gutierrez, including rotating seasonal specialties prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This Miami Spice, Pinstripes Aventura is offering a curated three-course lunch menu ($35/person) and a three-course dinner menu ($45/person). Guests can start with a choice of three appetizers, including wild-caught Crispy Calamari with housemade marinara. LT Steak & Seafood
LT Steak & Seafood, located within the iconic Betsy Hotel, is a casually elegant New American restaurant fusing international flavors and culinary techniques from France, Asia and Latin America. Helmed by award-winning Chef Laurent Tourondel, the restaurant is committed to quality, with a menu that features hand-selected USDA Prime or certified black Angus steak, fresh-caught fish and enticing vegetarian options. This Miami Spice, LT Steak & Seafood is offering a curated three-course prix-fixe lunch menu ($35/person). Donna Mare at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club
Donna Mare is a stellar Miami Beach restaurant inside Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, serving locally sourced, traditional Italian cuisine. It’s always a party at Gastón Acurio’s Jarana at Esplanade at Aventura, and this Miami Spice is no different. Serving up crave-worthy dishes, North Italia is taking on Miami Spice at its Esplanade at Aventura location with weekend brunch and a weekday lunch and dinner menus. Havana 1957 is serving up delicious Cuban plates such as Flank Steak empanadas and a Cuban Sandwich for lunch, and a Cuban Sampler for dinner for this year’s Miami Spice.
