From luxury and fashion standouts like Acne, Moncler, Elle’s, Nodaleto, Fendi Casa and Kith to acclaimed restaurants like Tablé by Bachour and Kith Treats to highly anticipated collaborations like Major Food Group and Ronnie Fieg’s Kith for Sadelle’s, we’ve listed the newest additions to debut in Miami Design District that everyone is buzzing about.

Kith | Kith Treats | Kith For Sadelle’s

Kith’s new store in the Miami Design District is two stories and carries Kith’s in-house and multi-brand ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear offerings for men, women, and kids.

The Kith Miami Design District concept mirrors that of Kith’s signature retail designs, transposed against details that embody the modern elements the Miami neighborhood is known for.

With this retail expansion, Kith continues to offer its customers a unique shopping experience reflective of the location’s environment.

Kith for Sadelle’s Miami will offer the Major Food Group restaurant’s signature menu items including its infamous brunch.

In addition, Kith introduces the brand’s first permanent standalone Kith Treats outpost, located directly across the street from Kith’s retail location, at 84 NE 41st Street.

The location will serve new exclusive Signature Specials created by friends and family of Kith, and for guests seated at the counter, an extended menu of original Belgian waffle offerings with custom Kith branding.

Tablé by Bachour

After months of anticipation, Tablé by Bachour, the chic and sophisticated new restaurant from pastry impresario cum restaurateur Antonio Bachour, opened its doors in the Miami Design District on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

It is the chef’s most ambitious venture to date, with close to 5,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor cafe, dining, and bar space on what can only be described as Miami’s Rodeo Drive.

The elegant restaurant will have the soul of a classic Parisian brasserie but with a modern sheen, including a sleek design that will complement its sophisticated culinary offerings.

Acne

Acne Studios explores ‘tropical softness’ with a new store in the Miami Design District.

Acne Studios opens its first location in Miami, Florida in the heart of the Miami Design District. In the hub for arts, design, and fashion, Acne Studios merges its unique design language with a brand-new retail space. Spanning across two floors and 200m2, the store was imagined by Halleroed, a Swedish design studio, and longtime collaborator.

The store embraces its environment in subtle ways by contextualizing classic references to the glamorous surroundings.

Its base is a sleek modular system crafted in polished aluminum, enriched with open zones and neutral tones that allow the fashion statements to take center stage.

The walls are created in marmorino, a textured, high-gloss white plaster, while the black granite steps and custom-made rugs by Swedish company Katshall add depth to the atmosphere.

Nods to the Miami Art Deco style come through poetically, in details of settees and special mannequins created by artist Daniel Silver.

Moncler

Moncler, a fashion house revered for its dedication to luxury and extreme sportswear, recently planted roots in the Miami Design District.

As founded by alpinist René Ramillon and Andrè Vincent, Moncler’s designs merge the extreme demands of nature with those of city life, offering competitive outerwear on an everyday scale.

Located in the heart of the neighborhood, this outpost was designed by globally renowned architects Gilles and Bossier and spans a massive 3,100 square feet, presenting guests with Moncler’s signature black marble with bold travertine and Alpinus stones.

Over the years, and now in the Miami Design District, the brand offers styles backed by constant technological research from experts in activities linked to the world of the mountain.

Nodaleto

Nodaleto is a souliers label manufactured in Italy with refined materials and universal quality.

Since its creation in 2019, Nodaleto has absorbed the story of the women who inspire the designer, both from her personal life and from broad culture.

The brand —described at birth as a hymn of freedom— carries a message of playful rebellion and radical femininity.

Fendi Casa

In the heart of the Miami Design District, a creative and avant-garde neighborhood that hosts some of the most iconic fashion and design boutiques, FENDI Casa inaugurates its first Flagship Store in North America.
