Little Cafe on Robson opened up this past summer and has become quite a popular, independent cafe in Downtown Vancouver (BC Canada).
They currently seem to be the first cafe in Metro Vancouver to offer the CROON (croissant moon) – a moon-shaped, cream stuffed croissant made popular by New York City’s Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery.
On the first visit, they had a few in-store so I picked up the Coffee flavoured one. I went back another day with a preorder for the London Fog and Matcha.
The croissants had a nice, buttery layers. The Coffee flavoured one seemed to have a lot of cream filling. However, the London Fog and Matcha ones seemed to have less filling, which were in pockets of some of the layers.
Overall, a worthy of trying, locally made tasty creation of a social media darling.
Little Cafe on Robson also serves locally roasted coffee, sandwiches and other small-batch created pastries.
