Kosoo (Cardero location) is a popular Korean restaurant in Downtown Vancouver offering authentic Korean cuisine at reasonable prices.
We visited them for lunch twice and tried the following:
Marinated Grilled LA Galbi featuring lettuce for making a wrap, miso soup, spicy salad, dipping sauce, and two bowls of rice
Beef Brisket Budae JJigae with marinated grilled beef brisket, Korean sausage stew with spam, bacon, sausage and kimchi
Spicy Treasure Chicken featuring Chicken, Cheese, Onion, Green Onion, Cabbage, Tteobokki Rice Cake
Crab Fish Cake Tang with Fish Cake, Radish, Cabbage, Shrimp, Mussel, Flower Crab, Mushroom, Jalapeno
These dishes were delicious and comforting. It was more than enough food for 2 people and we had lots of leftovers.
