JINYA Ramen Bar is welcoming autumn with two limited-time dishes as part of their September Chef’s Specials, available now at participating locations across the United States.
The menu features Unagi Inari-Sushi, with grilled eel, shredded egg crepes, and cucumber sunomono, topped with sesame seeds and served in deep-fried tofu pockets simmered in a sweet-savory broth. Each piece is filled with sushi rice, offering a classic take with layered textures.

The second dish, Creamy Classic Tori-Paitan, presents a rich chicken broth ramen with chicken chashu, dehydrated tomato, enoki mushroom tempura, seared corn rib, spinach, butter, and chili thread, paired with thick noodles.

Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi noted that the specials balance authenticity with innovation, reflecting JINYA’s approach to seasonal comfort food.
This year marks the brand’s 15th anniversary, a milestone celebrated through rotating Chef’s Specials and loyalty program initiatives. JINYA Rewards members can look forward to anniversary offers, collaborations, and giveaways, with a grand prize trip to Tokyo and a VIP tour of a Sapporo Brewery planned for the end of the year.
