Summer has arrived in NYC which means later sunsets, Summer Fridays, and taking advantage of Happy Hour while the sun is shining. We’ve rounded up some of the freshest and happiest of hours in NYC to indulge in without breaking the bank.
Fornino at Brooklyn Bridge Park
Fornino‘s seasonally opened hotspot at Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pier 6 is launching a brand new Endless Summer happy hour at its park level cafe and scenic rooftop. Beat the heat with can’t-be-beat drink deals including draft beers for $6, rose and white wines for $8 along with Aperol Spritzes and Hibiscus Margaritas for $10. Special food offerings include Margherita Pizzas for $12 and endless free popcorn with the purchase of a drink. Fornino will also offer free Neapolitan Margherita pizza slices at their rooftop bar with the purchase of a drink on Friday nights from 9:30pm-11pm.
This new can’t miss Happy Hour will go from Monday through Friday from 4-6pm at Fornino’s park level cafe along with an after-dark rooftop happy hour Wednesday through Friday from 9:30pm-11pm.
Clinton Hall
Not every Happy Hour is created equal, and Quintessential NYC Beer Garden Clinton Hall is setting the bar high with their Summer Happy Hour, which goes from 12pm-6pm 7 Days a week in FiDi, Monday through Friday in Midtown, with their Bronx location offering a 3pm-6pm Happy Hour 7 days a week. Seasonal Drafts are just $6, with well drinks and all wines by the glass for $7 a pop. Known for their finger foods, the beer hall is offering $8 bites at all of their locations including Korean Chicken Tenders, Buffalo Cauliflower, and French Fries. In addition to their incredibly Happy Hours, Clinton Hall has introduced NYC’s very first made-to-order canned cocktail to-go and it’s a boozy doozy, crafted in a 12oz mason-jar style can made of recyclable plastic with an aluminum pull-tab. Craft Cocktails, Frozen Drinks, SUPERCRAFT Beer, and Wine are all fair game for this unique to-go option that’s only available at Clinton Hall’s FiDi location for now, but their three other locations are eager to introduce the novelty that’s sure to be a mainstay.
Haven Rooftop
Haven Rooftop above the Sanctuary Hotel invites guests to unwind and relax with their enticing Happy Hour, available Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 6 PM. Enjoy a selection of refreshing beverages at unbeatable prices, including $6 select beers and $9 wine and champagne. For those looking for something a bit stronger, indulge in $10 margaritas, vodka mixers, and gin and tonics. Reyna
Breathtaking Union Square institution Reyna is known for their Mediterranean Tapas and Bespoke Cocktail Menu, and if you’re lucky, you can snag a seat during their ever-so-exclusive Happy Hour from 4pm-6pm Tuesdays through Fridays. Wine Pours, Ales, and their house Margarita are only $6, and snacks like their perfectly seasoned Arabic Fries and Falafel Bites with Tzatziki for $6 as well.
Cobble Fish On The Pier
Cobble Fish at the South Street Seaport is a seasonally-opened dining destination serving up amazing seafood, summer cocktails, and only the best vibes. Happy Hour is just before sunset from 4pm-6pm on Monday-Friday. Parties of all sizes are welcome to head to the pier to take advantage of Cobble Fish’s NYC vibes at not-so-city prices, like any Draft Pitcher for just $25, Frozen Margaritas for $11 and on the rocks for $10, Hard seltzers for $7, Select Beer Bottles for $6, wine pours for $10, and a classic Beer and Shot Combo for $15.
Hole In The Wall
All-Day Aussie Cafe Hole In The Wall features a delicious Spritz Flight all night long priced at $25 at their Murray Hill (626 1st Avenue), FiDi (15 Cliff Street), Flatiron at Hotel Henri (37 W. 24th Street) or Williamsburg (292 Bedford Avenue). Crafted with care and inspired by their Australian heritage, each cocktail in this can’t miss flight boasts a unique personality. Get Wet is made with gin, aloe vera, lemon, cucumber and prosecco. The Tickled Pink is made with grapefruit aperitif, strawberry and sparkling cava rosé and The Brazilian is created with rum, shochu, passionfruit, grapefruit and prosecco. Additionally, their location in Williamsburg offers a vibrant happy hour experience from Monday to Friday, between 3pm and 6pm, featuring $5 draft beers, $7 selected wines, $10 selected cocktails, a $20 Happy Meal, $10 wings, $6 fries, and $8 Brussels sprouts. On Tuesdays, enjoy an all-day special of a burger and pint or glass of wine for $20, while Wednesdays feature half-off wine bottles. Thursday’s dinner special includes a parmy and pint or glass of wine for $20. Over at Hole in the Wall Murray Hill, happy hour runs from Monday to Saturday, 4pm to 6pm, with $5 draft beers, $7 selected wines, and $10 selected cocktails, alongside $10 wings, $6 fries, and $12 sliders (3 pieces).
Amali
Amali is hosting Aperitivo Hour, a weekday special from 5-7pm, featuring $10 drinks at the bar. Guests can enjoy a selection of Aperitivi, including the classic Aperol Spritz served with olives, citrus, or both; the Sbagliato, a delightful mix of sweet vermouth, Campari, and prosecco; the Americano, combining sweet vermouth, Campari, and soda; the Cynar Spritz with Cynar aperitif, prosecco, and orange; and the unique Persimmon Spritz, made with rhubarb and hibiscus infused aperitif. Additionally, rotating snacks from the kitchen are available—alongside their full menu. Carnegie Diner
Carnegie Diner & Cafe is offering an electrifying happy hour alongside their extensive menu at locations near Central Park, steps from the iconic Carnegie Hall in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, and in Times Square District at. The diner and cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner indoors and outside seven days a week will host happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM, when you can enjoy beer for $4.95, wine for $5.95, and cocktails for $6.95. Additionally, there is an all-day unlimited mimosa special for just $19.95. Bistango at The Kimberly Hotel is hosting a daily Happy Hour from 3pm to 6mp. Savor exquisite menu items like Lobster Avocado Bruschetta for $17, Fresh Sliced Aged Prosciutto di Parma with Parmesan Chunks and Olives for $16, and Fried Calamari, Arancini Balls, or Meatball Sliders each for $12. Isla & Co. is offering a delicious Happy Hour menu in Williamsburg at their location from Monday to Friday, 3-6pm. The menu features $5 draft beers, $7 selected wines, and $10 selected cocktails. Pair your drinks with delicious bites such as $12 wings, $6 truffle fries, $10 Kung Pao cauliflower, and $10 hummus. Every Wednesday, enjoy an all-day special of a $20 burger paired with a pint or glass of wine, reminiscent of a happy meal.
