H2 Kitchen + Bar at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver (BC Canada) has a delicious smokehouse menu with a “low and slow” philosophy.
That is the engine for the restaurant’s menu of smokehouse classics, including brisket, ribs, pulled pork and more. You’ll find an authentic selection of house-made sauces, including H2 O.G. BBQ and Carolina BBQ, and sides, that make the spread all the more Americana. It’s a family-friendly environment and they have a kid’s menu as well.
Southern hospitality is best savoured with live music. Weather permitting, the musicians will perform adjacent to H2’s outdoor patio in the hotel’s courtyard. Surrounded by fire pits, red lounge chairs are seating options to buckle in for a cozy night.

Kid’s Crispy Chicken Tenders with waffle fries
The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender and all the sides were delicious especially the waffle fries. The Sunday night prime rib special was excellent. Wash it all down with a creamy, tasty milkshake.
