Gordon Ramsay has opened up his first concept in Canada. Gordon Ramsay Burger is open and located at the Great Canadian Casino Vancouver in Coquitlam.
I attended a media event and grand opening ceremony of Gordon Ramsay Burger and here are some highlights.
To start, we tried a selection of Gordon Ramsay Burgers including:
Hell’s Kitchen Burger with mozzarella, roasted jalapeno, avocado, roasted tomato
Southern Yardbird with a ground chicken patty, sharp cheddar, bread & butter pickles, bibb lettuce, mustard BBQ
Backyard Burger with American cheese, bibb lettuce, tomato, red onion, bread & butter pickles
Farmhouse Burger with sharp cheddar, bacon, fried egg
The menu also features hot dogs like the Footlong Straight Up Dawg with dill pickles, onions, mustard, ketchup
For starters, we tried the Caesar Salad, Street Corn Dip, Hellfire Chicken Wings with Tangy hellfire sauce and Hummus with flatbread
For fries, they offer Truffle Parmesan Fries and Sweet Potato Fries.
Some drink options include the Mojito Zero (soda, fresh lime juice, orange bitters, mint) and a Classic Caesar.
And for dessert, they offer a Oreo Crème Brûlée Shake and Sticky Toffee Shake.
The interior is a mix of dining tables and booths.
Gordon Ramsay Burger is located at 2080 United Blvd, Coquitlam.
