Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole Returns to Quesada Nationwide

Quesada has reintroduced their Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole, a seasonal menu item available across Canada until July 15, 2025. Known for delivering a deep, smoky flavour with intense heat, the dish features white meat chicken cooked in a velvety mole made with eight different chile peppers, including ghost pepper.

Available in burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, and nachos, the Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole offers an 8/10 heat level and pairs well with toppings like Salsa Roja, Habanero Mayo, and Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. Beginning April 30, the heat can also be balanced with the limited-time Spicy Mango Salsa, a sweet-spicy addition to the lineup.

We tried it in the burrito, hard-shell taco and bowl versions which were solid. I enjoyed the taco version the most.

The return of this item follows strong demand from guests and continues Quesada’s approach of blending Mexican flavours with Canadian preferences. The dish is available at participating locations nationwide.
