- Swiss Gruyere Cheese Fondue served with assorted breads, vegetables, and fruits for dipping begins.
- A choice of Entrée Fondue – cooked in a traditional pot of seasoned oil or a vegetable broth- featuring selections of prime cuts of beef tenderloin, Australian lobster tail, white shrimp, fresh sea scallops, and boneless chicken breast.
