Nestled in the hotel Auberge du Vieux-Port and located in the heart of Old Montreal, Gaspar is an elevated French bistro specializing in authentic European cuisine with an inventive twist.
In a setting reminiscent of the quintessential bistros found along the streets of Paris, Gaspar invites you to indulge in an unforgettable culinary journey.
Redesigned by local designer Valérie Beauchemin from ESPACES V Design, the new restaurant design aims to fully encapsulate the French Bistro ambiance, from small round marble tables to moulding columns and a full-length bar.
Similarly, the restaurant’s new menu, spearheaded by chef Khelil Ben Ammar, features dishes that pay homage to classic French cuisine while infusing it with an added local flair.
Guests are invited to savour unique dishes such as braised beef cheek and mussels casserole, among a host of other mouthwatering offerings.
