Foxtrot Austin City Hall Location at 301 W. 2nd Street will officially open to the public on Saturday, July 22.

To celebrate the opening in 2nd Street District, the store will be giving away free tote bags with Foxtrot favs when store visitors pay via the app on opening day.

Plus, Foxtrot will also be featuring $5 pours of their private label wines from 4-8pm.
Cofounders Mike LaVitola and Taylor Bloom conceived of Foxtrot while living in Austin and pitched the brand at SXSW.
After bringing their vision to life and opening a number of locations across Chicago, D.C. and Dallas, the former Austinites brought Foxtrot back to where it started.
Their City Hall location is the company’s third Austin storefront, arriving on the heels of the South 1st & Annie location at 1804 S 1st Street in June and its debut in February at 4818 Burnet Road.
The 2nd Street District location is within City Hall and features a large covered patio, hand-painted signage by Chicago Sign Systems, photography by Morrison Hotel Gallery and furniture by Crow Works.
The space was developed by Foxtrot’s in-house design team in partnership with Scott Magic, Magic Architecture, as Architect of Record. An additional location at The University of Texas at Austin campus on the Drag (2270 Guadalupe St.) is set to open later this year.
Foxtrot offers everyday essentials alongside its signature all-day café experience, complete with thoughtfully sourced coffee, seasonal café drinks, fresh smoothies, breakfast tacos, chef-prepared salads and bowls, and delicious grab-and-go meals for lunch and dinner.

It further serves as a neighborhood destination where natives and visitors alike gather and celebrate local makers.
Foxtrot currently carries more than 150 local products from over 50 local makers, including Bola Pizza, Lick Honest Ice Creams, Teddy V Patisserie, Toasty plant-based dips, Bottle Rocket hot sauce and Chop Chop Ramen.

Foxtrot continues to add new brands to its shelves, including local craft beers and fine wines hand-selected by the in-house sommelier.

All offerings are available to enjoy in-store, for pickup and on-demand delivery through the brand’s proprietary app.

Foxtrot’s latest addition joins the brand’s other 28 locations across Chicago, Washington, D.C., Dallas and Austin, TX, with plans to continue expansion in existing markets this year.
