This limited-time offering is a pivotal moment for Fogo, featuring innovative dishes like the Whole Branzino, carved tableside, and Roasted Bone Marrow for the first time in the brand’s 45-year history, which cater to diverse dietary preferences and align with current dining trends. This menu meets evolving customer expectations with fresh, seasonal flavors that elevate the dining experience.

The Bar Fogo menu now includes a Caviar Brioche, while the Market Table offers seasonal options such as Roasted Apple & Butternut Squash Salad, Seasonal Fall Hummus, and Carrot Ginger Soup. The wine list has been updated with Roscato Sparkling Moscato and Los Vascos Cromas Gran Reserva Syrah, enhancing the overall dining experience.

In addition to these exciting menu updates, Fogo de Chão continues its 10-year partnership with No Kid Hungry. As a gesture of appreciation, for every $5 donation made by guests, Fogo will offer a Dining Card valid for $25 off two Full Churrasco Dinners on their next visit. Every $5 donation provides 50 meals to children in need.
