Carver Road Hospitality has unveiled the first look at Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar, its third Flanker concept, set to make its debut at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip on June 10, 2023.
Incorporating sports stadium elements and unrivaled views into its design, and complemented by Carver Road Hospitality’s signature approach to hospitality, the 8,445-square-foot Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar is a fully immersive fan, dining, and drinking experience.
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar boasts a menu of enhanced American classics.
Created by Chef Daniel Ontiveros, Carver Road Hospitality’s corporate executive chef, scratch burgers, sliders, shareable tacos, and a healthy selection of salads and bowls are among the offerings.
A full beverage program by world-renowned mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, vice president of beverage and hospitality culture, features signature cocktails and an enviable selection of draft and bottled beer.
Conceived with award-winning international studio DesignAgency, every view in Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar’s 102-seat main dining room creates a “50-yard-line” experience, heightened by the latest in audio/visual technology.
The signature LED wall touts the highest resolution in town and with screens along each wall, as well as above the 66-seat bar and lounge, optimum viewing is ensured throughout
Offering a highly customizable environment for groups of up to 350 guests, in addition to a full venue buyout, Flanker’s three private dining suites accommodate 20, 40, or 60 guests and a private 20-seat karaoke room is available for group dining and intimate parties.
Additionally, a 24-seat dining patio puts guests just steps from the entrance to The Shoppes at Mandalay Place and Mandalay Bay’s walkway to Allegiant Stadium, home to the Big Game in 2024; and a full takeout window program inspired by stadium concession stands will offer grab-and-go food and drinks to enjoy en route to a game, event or elsewhere within the resort.
Carver Road Hospitality introduced Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club in Salt Lake City in December 2021, and in 2022 re-imagined the concept inside BetMGM Sportsbook at Arizona’s State Farm Stadium.
Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Fridays, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.; Saturdays, 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.; and Sundays, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
