The Prime Rib Sunday Supper at Fioretta showcases a variety of ways to enjoy this succulent cut of high-quality beef, slow-roasted to perfection over Fioretta’s custom built solid-fueled hearth.
Guests can go with the 16 oz. Marilyn Cut ($65), or the 24 oz.
Sinatra Cut ($90), both served with a flavorful au jus and horseradish (served a la carte or family style.
