Auden
Spoil dad on Father’s Day with Auden’s Surf and Turf Board ($85). This decadent dish features prime tenderloin (3 oz), prime ribeye (6 oz), and octopus tentacle with fingerling potatoes, pickled onion, espelette pepper, and coconut chimichurri. To add to the experience, the dish is accompanied by a glass of The Pairing Red Blend or Buffalo Trace Bourbon, perfect for a toast to dad. Auden’s Tres Leches rounds out the meal, with chantilly cream, mango cardamom gelée, and a brown butter crumb. Reservations for this memorable Father’s Day meal can be made through Open Table. Auden is open for dinner on Sunday, June 16, from 5pm to 9pm.
Dandelion Cafe
Dandelion Cafe is celebrating Father’s Day with a special Loaded Omelet ($18.99). The meat lovers in the family will drool over this omelet stuffed with pollo sausage, maple sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese with fresh bell peppers and onions. Topped with a rich Chipotle sauce, the omelet is accompanied by Dandelion Cafe’s roasted, shredded hashbrowns. Brunch isn’t complete without a handcrafted coffee, such as a Bourbon Caramel Latte, or a pitcher of mimosas available in several flavors, including Pomegranate Orange. Dandelion Cafe is open on Sundays from 8am to 3pm at the Bellaire location.
The Original Ninfa’s
Bring the family to The Original Ninfa’s on Navigation or the Uptown location to honor dad on Father’s Day. The best Mexican food in Texas since Texas was in Mexico™ is serving up a special Carne Asada Ribeye with Pappas Rancheras and elote-style creamed corn ($36). Ninfa’s new brunch menu is perfect for family gatherings, with its offerings ranging from Huevos Rancheros to Buttermilk Pancakes. Guests can make their favorite beer a Michelada (beer price + $3) or enjoy an El Carajillo with Licor 43 and Katz Espresso ($9). Blue Lagoon Balmoral
Blue Lagoon Balmoral (Atascocita) is offering a Father’s Day brunch buffet. Price is $45 per person over the age of 12. Kids 12 and under are $20 and must be paid at the door.
Le Jardinier
Join Le Jardinier for Father’s Day, featuring a 3-course brunch menu with spring favorites, curated by Chef de Cuisine Felipe Botero and Pastry Chef Tiffani Gkaris, for $125 per guest. And this Father’s Day the whole family can indulge at Le Jardinier – Chef Felipe also created a children’s menu ($55) with a special dessert.
The Federal Grill
To celebrate dad The Federal Grill is offering Dad’s Surf & Turf (8 oz center cut filet or 16 oz ribeye, 2 blackened jumbo shrimp, crispy Brussels sprouts, Yukon mash) for $72 and a feature drink, Salute to Dad which is a High West Double Rye Old Fashioned for $14. Fleming’s Steakhouse
Make this Father’s Day as legendary as he is by treating him to Fleming’s Steakhouse’s 3-Course Steak & Surf Menu featuring the best in land & sea. Select from a Filet Mignon with your choice of Crab-Stuffed Shrimp Scampi or Lobster Tail Scampi starting at $88. Go big with their Prime Surf & Turf featuring 20 OZ USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye and Lobster Tail for $112 or go even bigger with their Prime Event featuring a 35 OZ USDA Prime Tomahawk and Lobster Tail for $143.
