B Hotels and Resorts recently rolled out specialty fall-inspired cocktails to celebrate the season at its boutique properties in Orlando (B Resort & Spa), Fort Lauderdale (B Ocean Resort) and the Florida Keys (Banana Bay Resort & Marina). The lifestyle hotel brand is sharing the recipes so all aficionados can enjoy a Florida state of fall at home.
B Autumn Fizz
The B Autumn Fizz is a cinnamon apple lovers delight. Comprised of apple butter, Woodford Reserve and fresh orange citrus, it’s sure give guests the warm fall feels with a Florida twist.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Woodford Reserve
- 3 tablespoons apple butter
- ¼ oz cinnamon simple syrup
- Squeeze of fresh orange juice
- Ginger ale
- Garnish:
- Cinnamon sugar
- Apple chip
- Filthy cherry
- Orange rind
Preparation
First, rim a rocks glass with cinnamon sugar and add ice. Then, fill a shaker glass with 2 oz Woodford Reserve and add 3 tablespoons of apple butter, ¼ oz cinnamon simple syrup and a squeeze of fresh orange. Shake well for 30 seconds. Top the cocktail with ginger ale and garnish with the apple chip, filthy cherry and orange rind.
B Harvest Moon
The B Harvest Moon is a sangria inspired beverage full of fall flavors including maple syrup, homemade cinnamon simple syrup and apple cider – along with pinot noir and Grand Marnier for an elevated kick.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of pinot noir
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 oz Grand Marnier
- 3 oz maple syrup
- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- Splash of sprite
- Diced apples and oranges
- Pomegranate seeds (marinated in brandy for 24 hours)
- Garnish:
- Star anise
- Orange peel
- Pomegranate seeds
- 1 Cinnamon stick
Preparation
In wine glass, add 2-3 scoops of overnight marinated fruit in glass. Pour the overnight pre-made pinot noir mixture into the wine glass. Add ice and top with sprite and garnish with star anise, orange peel, pomegranate seeds, and the cinnamon stick.
