Grey Goose Vodka, Grapefruit Liqueur, Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, Diamond Ice Cube. This is their beautiful, signature martini where the liquid is poured at tableside.
Flowers Sonoma Coast Pinot Noior
Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
Sautéed Maryland Style with Spicy Chive Remoulade. We loved the meaty, crab chunks!
Tableside steak tartare
Hand-chopped filet, fresh egg yolk, capers and EV olive oil
Chilean Sea Bass
Steamed Hong Kong Style with Light Soy Broth. This is one of their signature dishes and the sea bass is so melt-in-your-mouth tender.
