Easter Washington DC 2023: Restaurant Special Menus

Fairmont Washington DC, Georgetown

The Colonnade at Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is the place to be in America’s capital city for Easter Sunday Brunch on April 9. The first seating begins at 11:00 am and the second seating at 2:30 p.m.

For 37 years, holiday dining in the Colonnade has become a tradition for Washingtonians and visitors alike. Filled with greenery and bathed in natural sunlight, with soaring ceilings, glass walls and crystal chandeliers, the setting provides the perfect surroundings for the festive spring dining experience.

During brunch, the Easter Bunny will visit with children of all ages and, an electric violinist will provide musical entertainment.

Easter egg hunts will take place in the courtyard at 1pm and at 4:30pm for children, after they have finished enjoying Easter Brunch in the Colonnade.

Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo, Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley and Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen are preparing a variety of regional favorites and innovative gourmet specialties, all artfully styled in seemingly infinite buffets. 

Among the Chefs’ Easter Brunch offerings is a seafood display featuring jumbo prawns, crab claws, black mussels and local oysters on the half shell with dipping sauces.

Easter entrée selections include a carving station of honey and clove glazed bone-in ham, apple wood smoked beef prime rib, jus. Signature dishes are pan-seared salmon, tomato and Pernod broth, free-range herb roasted chicken, cream corn sauce and rigatoni primavera with mascarpone.

Brunch classics including house-made pastries, an egg and omelet station, Eggs Benedict and French toast are just a sampling of the many offerings on the Easter buffet.

The children’s buffet includes BBQ grilled chicken fingers, miniature hamburgers, tater tots, vegetable crudités with ranch dressing and the ever-popular macaroni and cheese.

Save room for  Executive Pastry Chef  Claus Olsen’s decadent Easter dessert display  – guaranteed  to please any sweet tooth. Blueberry bonbon, caramel nougat log, rainbow marcarons, spiced carrot cake and lemon meringue posset and more are decadent dessert delights.

Teddy & The Bully Bar

Teddy & The Bully Bar is offering an Easter Sunday 3-course brunch on April 9. Priced at $75 per adult and $32 per child ages 10 and under. The first 2 courses have at least 4 selections to choose from. You will also be treated to an endless carving station of Prime Rib & Cedar Plank salmon & “made to order omelets and Belgian Waffle station.” Endless sides include fresh asparagus, applewood smoked bacon, “Teddy” mac & cheese, smashed salt-roasted potatoes & chicken sausage. Opaline Bar & Brasserie is serving Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 9,   from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm.  With a new look and the return of Executive Chef Kevin Lalli, Easter Brunch will be magnifique. Chef Lalli adds his modern French twist to the menu:

Magnolias at the mill

Magnolias at the mill (Purcellville, VA) is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet on April 9 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. There will be a carving station with New York Strip & Ham, Omelette Station, Salmon, Shrimp & Grits and so much more.

Bresca

Bresca is offering an Easter 4-course lunch and 6-course dinner menu on April 9. Lunch priced at $125 per person and dinner priced at $215 per person.

Truluck’s

Truluck’s was designed to create memorable dining experiences, offering guests the ocean’s finest sustainably sourced seafood, prime steaks, remarkable cocktails and wines alongside the most hospitable service. In addition to Truluck’s signatures and guest favorites including Miso-Glazed Sea Bass served with crab fried rice and chilled cucumber slaw, Sesame Seared Tuna, Prime King Crab, and South African Lobster Tails, all locations will showcase a specialty cocktail called Spring Fling made with Vodka, Ramazotti Rosato, Cava, raspberries, fresh lime, almond syrup, mint ($16) that will be served Sunday, April 9 for the Easter holiday. Morrison-Clark Restaurant is offering an Easter 3-course brunch on April 9. Priced at $65 per person.

The Watermark Hotel

The blossoms are blooming and The Watermark Hotel (Tysons, VA) is stepping into spring with a variety of seasonal activities and offerings. Families can take part in a special Easter egg hunt on The Perch, book an exclusive staycation in the property’s elevated suites, play a round of miniature golf at Perch Putt, enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience at Wren, and capture the perfect Instagrammable shots with the property’s festive decor and cherry blossom decorative displays. 

Families are invited to bring out their best pastels for a special Easter egg hunt on The Perch on Saturday, April 8. Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. with the egg hunt starting at 10 a.m. The fun continues into the afternoon with a slew of activities on the Great Lawn including yard games, a petting zoo with alpacas and bunnies, temporary tattoos, photos with The Easter Bunny , selfie stations, sack races, prizes and more. Tickets are required for all children participating in the Easter egg hunt and can be purchased here. Adults do not need tickets for admission. Families can make the most of the weekend by booking the “Easter Staycation” package. 2941 Restaurant (Falls Church VA) is offering an Easter 3-course prix-fixe menu on April 9. Priced at $110 per person.

Field & Main Restaurant

Field & Main Restaurant (Marshall VA)is offering an Easter dinner on April 9. They will be offering the present menu and our a la carte menu for dinner throughout the day.

Skydome

Skydome (Arlington VA), the legendary rotating rooftop restaurant, is offering a gourmet all-you-can-eat buffet curated by Executive Chef Klaus Happel. The selection will include a raw bar with Oysters in the Half Shell, a carving station that features Roasted Leg of Lamb with dijon mustard and mint jelly, and Salmon Coulibiac with a saffron sauce. Hot menu items will include Seafood Cioppino, Fried Chicken and Waffles with spicy maple syrup, Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce and Latin Style Grilled Skirt Steak. Cold menu items include Seared Ahi Tuna and Soba Noodle Salad in a sweet ginger vinaigrette, Yogurt Parfaits and Smoked Salmon with cream cheese, capers, eggs and shallots. There will also be an assortment of petit desserts. One round of mimosas for the table are also included for ages 21 and up. Reservations for Easter brunch can be made now on OpenTable. April 9 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with last seating at 2:30 p.m. $90 per adult, $40 for children ages 4-12.

RPM Italian – DC

RPM Italian – DC is taking reservation for Easter Sunday on April 9 from 12 pm – 9 pm.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Washington DC

Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Washington DC is offering an Easter 3-course menu on April 9. The menu includes prime steaks, served sizzling on a 500° plate, such as our filet, new york strip, or ribeye, complemented by one of our signature sides, like creamed spinach or lobster mac & cheese.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck
