The Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet in the Crystal Ballroom on Sunday, March 31 from 10:30 am – 2 pm. Includes Face Painting & Balloon Twisting. $68 per person (10% off for Seniors); $45 Children 6-9yrs; $45.00 (5 yrs and under complimentary). Subject to taxes and 18% gratuity

The Easter lineup includes chef-attended Eggs Benny Station, Vancouver Island Seafood Bar, West Coast Sushi Station, Butcher’s Block Station, and Hot & Cold Brunch Favorites created by Executive Chef David Ferguson.

The Lobby Restaurant & Lounge

The Teahouse in Stanley Park

The Teahouse in Stanley Park will mark the occasion with festive features available for brunch and dinner throughout the weekend including Short Rib Hash (shredded short rib, sautéed mixed mushrooms, caramelized onions, fingerling potatoes, poached eggs, Hollandaise), Crab & Shrimp Crusted Halibut (chimichurri fingerling potatoes, garden vegetables, lemon butter sauce) and a sweet finishing treat of Tiramisu.

Cardero’s

Nearby on the edge of Coal Harbour, the culinary crew at Cardero’s will showcase an array of Easter Weekend standouts such as Lamb Shank, Carrot Cake, a Sunday Prime Rib special as well as live music and lunch on Good Friday and Easter Monday with a variety of brunch options also available.

The Sandbar

On Granville Island, The Sandbar will offer plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy the spring weather over the long weekend with live music including during its Friday Happy Hour service, brunch features available Saturday through Easter Monday and seafood-focused feature fare that includes Lobster Mac & Cheese, Lobster Rolls and a Lobster Benny.

Seasons in the Park

Across town at the always picturesque and popular Seasons in the Park, families can enjoy the view and a special Easter Weekend menu of selections that spotlight the very best ingredients provided by local farmers, foragers and fishers via Brunch services available from Good Friday through Easter Monday that include mouth-watering, can’t-miss dishes such as Crab Cake Benedict and a special Prime Rib Dinner on Easter Sunday.

Globe @ YVR – Fairmont Vancouver Airport

Easter Sunday Brunch returns to Globe@YVR with an exquisite buffet created by Executive Chef Harris Sakalis and his culinary team. Featuring an extensive selection of savoury favourites and sweet treats, this brunch is sure to satisfy every palate in your party with a chef attended carving station, live omelette station, OceanWise seafood selection, a decadent chocolate fountain and much more. Dockside Restaurant

Dockside Restaurant is inviting families to gather around the table during the upcoming Long Weekend and share in a sumptuous Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet that offers a little something for guests of all ages at the False Creek hotspot located in the Granville Island Hotel at 1253 Johnston Street on Sunday, March 31.

Dockside’s Easter Brunch Buffet takes centre stage at the popular Granville Island destination on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is available for $89 per person plus tax and gratuity for adults, $45 for children 6 to 12 years old and complimentary for those aged five and under.

Mèreon in West Vancouver will be open for the upcoming Easter weekend, including Easter Monday. There will be live music all weekend long and Chef Emmanuel will be offering a special feature: Beef Bourguignon – a classic French favourite! Reservations are recommended.

The Wild Fig – Executive Plaza Hotel Coquitlam

The Wild Fig – Executive Plaza Hotel Coquitlam is offering an Easter Sunday Brunch from 11AM – 3PM. Adults $55 plus tax and gratuity; kids ages 6 – 12 $28; children up to 5 are free.

Pat Quinn’s Restaurant

Pat Quinn’s Restaurant (Tsawwassen) is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet. $49.95 Adults; $45.95 Seniors; $24.95 Children 12 & Under.

The Loft at Meadow Gardens

The Loft at Meadow Gardens (Pitt Meadows) is offering Easter Sunday brunch. Adults $62.

Botanist

Botanist is offering a 3-course menu for Easter celebrations from March 30 to April 1.  Priced at $89 per person.  Featuring a trio of carvery including prime rib, roast ham and lamb leg, as well as Botanist brunch signature favourites such as lobster benedict and chili torched salmon.

Diva at the Met

Diva at the Met is hosting an Easter brunch on March 31 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Oceans 999 Pan Pacific Vancouver

Oceans 999 Pan Pacific Vancouver is serving an Easter Sunday brunch buffet on March 31.  Priced at $104 per person.

Dockside Restaurant

Dockside Restaurant is serving an Easter brunch buffet on March 31 from 10 am to 2 pm.  Pierced at $89 for adults, $45 for children 6-12, and free for children 5 and under.

CAVU KITCHEN BAR at Hilton Vancouver Airport

CAVU KITCHEN BAR (Richmond) is hosting an Easter brunch buffet on March 31.  Priced at $60 for adults, $50 for seniors 64+, and $24 for children 4-12.

Glowbal

Glowbal is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet, featuring an incredible Chilled Seafood Buffet, Omelette Station, Prime Beef Striploin Carving Station, Eggs Benny, Desserts & more. $85 adults, $35 children under 12, plus taxes and gratuities.

H2 Kitchen + Bar

H2 Kitchen + Bar is hosting an Easter Sunday brunch buffet from 11:30 am to 2 pm. Priced at $82 for adults, $40 for children 6-12, and free for children 5 and under.

Honey Salt

Honey Salt is celebrating spring and the Easter Long Weekend with a number of special features available throughout the weekend including Saturday and Sunday Brunch Buffets for the whole family, Afternoon Tea and Sunday Pasta services and more at the Downtown dining hotspot located in Downtown entertainment hotspot Parq Vancouver (39 Smithe St.)
