Tributary

Located inside the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter along the famed River Walk, farm-to-table restaurant, Tributary is hosting a flavorful Easter brunch menu on Sunday, April 17th from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Guests can enjoy a variety of curated brunch selections including signature brunch cocktails, hand-baked goods, and shareable plates packed with flavors for every palate.

The cocktail menu will feature three handcrafted beverages including a signature Bloody Mary with Tito’s vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, and Dimitri’s Mix, a Modelo Michelada with Modelo Especial, fresh lime, and the Keep on Truckin’ featuring a Lonestar lager and bacon strips.

Fresh beignets, buttermilk biscuits, market quiche, and more will be offered from the bakeshop featuring local honey, jams, and farmer’s market vegetables.

Curated boards for the table will be offered including the Beer Garden Board with German sausages, pretzels, mustard, and sauerkraut; a Charcuterie & Cheese Board featuring local cured meats, cheese, pickles, seasonal jam, and sea salt crackers; and a Gulf Shrimp Cocktail complete with cocktail sauce and fresh horseradish.

Reservations can be made here and complimentary self-parking is available.

The brunch menu features a la carte menu items and features the below selections and dishes:

Sweet Tea Bacon

  • Sweet tea glazed thick-cut bacon with Calabrian chili maple syrup

Smoked Salmon Tartine

  • House smoked salmon, sourdough, herb salad and a soft-boiled egg

Andouille Benedict

  • Poached eggs, andouille sausage, buttermilk biscuit, and hollandaise

Concha French Toast

  • Pan dulce, lemon curd topped with fresh berries

Steak & Eggs

  • Mole marinated striploin, two eggs, salsa macha, and crispy potatoes

Sweet Potato Al Pastor Hash

  • Sweet potato hash, pineapple salsa, lime crema with a poached egg

Barbacoa Skillet Cakes

  • Cornmeal pancakes, barbacoa, topped with big red maple syrup

The Melting Pot – San Antonio

The Melting Pot – San Antonio is taking reservations for April 17. They will be offering an 4 course Easter dinner at $48 per adult and $29 per child 12 years and younger. (not including tax or gratuity).

Includes your choice of cheese fondue or freshly made salad. Endless Entrée including Filet Mignon, Teriyaki-Marinated Sirloin, Chicken Breast, White Shrimp, and fresh vegetables. End the experience off with your choice of one of their decadent chocolate fondue desserts.

Sylver Spoon

Sylver Spoon (New Braunfels) is taking reservations for April 17. They will be offering a 4 course Easter meal at $39 per person from 10:30 am – 7 pm.

  • First Course: Deviled Easter Egg
  • Second Course: Choice of Strawberry Salad, Crispy Brussels, Carrot Ginger Soup
  • Third Course: Choice of Spring Tortellini, Duck a L’Orange, Chicken Wellington, Salt Block Filet Mignon (+$15)
  • Dessert Course: Choice of Carrot Cake, Peanut Butter Mousse Torte and Easter Panna Cotta

The Melting Pot

Work up an appetite for Endless Entrée at the Melting Pot of San Antonio. Their Easter four-course dinner includes your choice of cheese fondue, freshly made salad, Endless Entrée including Filet Mignon, Teriyaki-Marinated Sirloin, Chicken Breast, White Shrimp, and fresh vegetables. End the experience off with your choice of one of their decadent chocolate fondue desserts. $48 per adult. $29 per child 12 years and younger (not including tax or gratuity).

Zocca

Zocca is taking reservations for April 17 from 10 am – 3 pm. They will be offering an Easter brunch buffet at $83 per adult, $32 children 5- 12. Includes 2 Complimentary Mimosa’s per Adult Ticket. Coffee, Tea & Soda included.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood

Eddie V’s is offering a prix fixe three-course brunch menu of indulgent favorites on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. such as Lobster Quiche, Roasted Avocado with Jumbo Lump Crab, and Steak and Eggs. Brunch Cocktails such as Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and Bellinis are available as enhancements. A La Carte dinner options are available all day. Adults $49, Children $15.

The menu is as follows:

  • Warm cinnamon rolls: House-baked and finished with Cream cheese frosting
  • First course (choice of):
  • Organic greens salad, baby heirloom tomatoes, julienne carrots, apple-cider vinaigrette
    • Maine lobster bisque, fresh Maine lobster, cream, cognac
    • Norwegian smoked salmon, thinly sliced with herb cream cheese, capers, pickled red onions
  • Main course (choice of):
    • Pan-seared steak and eggs,  8 oz filet with potatoes au gratin, sunny side up eggs, red-eye gravy
    • Lobster quiche florentine, butter-poached Maine lobster, goat cheese, fresh spinach, paired with a Fuji apple salad
    • Roasted avocado and jumbo lump crab with fresh herbs and lemon butter on brioche toast
  • Dessert
    • Fresh seasonal berries with fresh baked cookies
    • Bananas foster cake with butter pecan ice cream

Children’s brunch:

  • First course: Fresh fruit
  • Entrée (choice of):
    • Scrambled eggs with cheese served with bacon
    • Crispy chicken fingers with french fries
    • Creamy parmesan mac and cheese with choice of vegetable
    • Grilled chicken breast with French fries

Fogo de Chao

Fogo de Chao is open for Easter Brunch (11am-2pm) or Dinner (2-9pm). Holiday pricing all day. Children 6 and under are complimentary. Children 7 to 12 are half price.

Kona Grill

This Easter, Kona Grill – San Antonio and Kona Grill – North Star are offering featuring Brunch, Bubbles and Dinner Specials. Make your reservation to enjoy theirr KonaMosa Brunch, or Easter Dinner. Kid specials also available.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille – San Antonio

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille – San Antonio is open 11 am – 9 pm on April 17 with seasonal specials and featuring Double Smoked, Triple Glazed Ham, or Caramelized Prime Rib.

3-Course Pork Chop Sunday Supper (4 PM – 9 PM). Enjoy their features at home with “Heat and Eat,” (available April 15 – 17) or “Ready to Serve,” (available April 17 only).

Fleming’s Steakhouse

Celebrate Easter around the table with 3 courses featuring their Filet Mignon with your choice of Crab-Stuffed Shrimp or Lobster Tail Scampi.

Fleming’s Steakhouse is open at 2PM on Saturday, April 16 and 11AM on Easter Sunday, April 17.
