Lamb, a traditional Easter entrée, will also be making an appearance on the special menu with Mimo’s chargrilled lamb chop with a chamomile crust, served with a pecorino cheese fondue and mint jus. Rounding out the Easter specials is a T-bone steak with salmon caviar mayo and chives. For dessert, a Neapolitan pastiera with orange blossom and ricotta cheese ice cream is the perfect sweet end to the holiday meal.

The dinner menu at Mimo now also includes family-style dishes designed for sharing, such as charred branzino, cornish hen, and a 10 ounce porterhouse steak.

The Bar at Mimo, a lively destination to enjoy a pre- or post-dinner cocktail or snack, also expanded its menu. Noteworthy cocktail additions include the Vespa martini, made with Fords gin, Belvedere Vodka, Cocchi Americano, Italicus and olive oil, and accompanied by an ounce of osetra caviar, and the Bollicini a Pera, a refreshing libation featuring Casa Noble Reposado, Mathilde Pear liqueur, lemon, peach shrub, and prosecco.
