Highlands Golf Club
Easter Brunch – Sunday, April 8 & 9 (Sunday – sold out, inquire about waiting list): 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. $36 per person, $18 for kids aged 5-12. Menu includes breakfast favorites such as lazy eggs benedict Florentine, chocolate chip pancakes, and a build your own waffle station, as well as entrées including pineapple glazed ham, roasted chicken breast, and baked mac and cheese.

Easter Dinner – Sunday, April 9: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. $38 per person, $19 for kids aged 5-12. Dinner reservations are available between 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Menu includes an antipasto station, various salads, herb crusted leg of Alberta lamb, turkey, mushroom ravioli, mahi mahi, and homemade desserts.

Easter To Go -Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9. Chef Vikram and his team will once again be preparing their famous “turkey to go” meal.
$150 will serve 4-5 people and includes 24-hour brined carved turkey, traditional apple and sage stuffing, maple roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, bourbon citrus cranberry relish, mixed greens salad, and homemade carrot cake.
Optional add-ons include perogies with caramelized onions and bacon ($20), ground beef and rice filled cabbage rolls ($38), and slow roasted sliced ham ($30). Orders can be placed online here.

The Kitchen-River Cree Resort & Casino
Hop on in to The Kitchen-River Cree Resort & Casino, and enjoy an amazing Easter Buffet, at the River Cree Resort and Casino. Price: $69.99 for adults, $24.99 for children (4-12).
Seating times will be 11am, 1pm, 3pm 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm. Make your reservation today. 1 hour 30 mins of dinning time respectively.
This buffet will include items such as, all you can eat Alaskan snow crab legs and cold seafood. It will also have a wide assortment of salads, antipasti platter, our carving stations will include Beef Wellington and Salmon herb de province. There will be a chocolate fountain, and many delicious selections of chef’s desserts to choose from. There will also be a VIP visitor that day, and photo booth.

Sawmill & The Mill Craft Bar + Kitchen – South is offering an Easter 3-course brunch menu on April 9. Priced at $29.95 per adult and $12 per child.
Meal starts with a delicious pastry basket as the starter course, followed by entrée choice Nashville Chicken and Waffle Or Poached Egg Benedict Or Sweet Potato Hash and Egg Skillet Or Churro French Toast.
For an additional $5, you can choose to add Steak and Eggs to your meal. Finish off your meal with our dessert sampler platter based on the party size. Kids menu includes a Pancake Stack or French Toast.
