Elliott’s Oyster House

Join Elliott’s Oyster House for a memorable Easter Brunch with breathtaking waterfront views of Elliott Bay. This beloved Seattle seafood house has a mouthwatering menu prepared for Easter Sunday, including their signature Applewood Smoked Alaskan Salmon Scramble and the King Crab Quiche. Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle introduces of a lavish Easter buffet in the Ballroom on March 31, 2024. Guests also have the option to feast on a three-course brunch at Goldfinch Tavern, an Ethan Stowell Restaurant. Experience thoughtful service while dining on exceptional dishes made with the highest quality ingredients.

Easter Buffet in the Ballroom: New to the seasonal offerings in the Ballroom, the Easter buffet welcomes large families and groups of friends in the expansive space that features floor-to-ceiling windows and elevated views of the Seattle Great Wheel and local ferries gliding across Elliott Bay.

An abundant appetizer station will be filled with a Northwest seafood tower, Olympia Provisions charcuterie board, a variety of vibrant salads, Viennoiserie pastries, and more. Chef-driven stations include savory items such as grilled tomahawk and customized eggs-on-toast bar. Cheers to the festivities with the mimosa bar and other libations. Always a sweet treat, each of the desserts are house-made by Chef Danielle Grogan and the pastry team. The youngest guests will be treated to a visit by the Easter Bunny.

Crafted by Executive Chef Brian Doherty and his team, the buffet on the second floor is available 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. Reservations are required by booking on OpenTable or calling 206 749 7000. The buffet is $155/adult, $65/child (5-14yr), plus tax and service charges. Add the mimosa Bar for $35.

Easter Brunch in Goldfinch Tavern: Chef Jeffrey Hunter presents a three-course Easter brunch that brings the flavors of spring to life. 

The experience begins with a warm pastry basket, before deciding between a selection of starters, from Prosciutto di Parma bruschetta to local oysters. Entrée selections include a variety of savory eggs Benedicts and Goldfinch Tavern favorites such as the Dungeness crab cakes and the chocolate croissant French toast. Be enchanted by Chef Danielle Grogan’s spring dessert trio. Easter brunch in Seattle is not complete without a visit from the Easter Bunny and other special treats for young guests.

Perfect for intimate groups and families, the menu is available 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Reservations are required by booking online. The brunch is $90/adult, plus tax and service charges. Children are welcome to dine on the Easter menu or order a la carte from the kids menu.

Water’s Table – Hyatt Regency Lake Washington

Water’s Table – Hyatt Regency Lake Washington will be offering an extensive list of festive fare at their Easter Buffet including a carving station with pit ham, crepe station, kids buffet, cold table (finger sandwiches, seafood display, salads, etc.) and hot table (traditional breakfast favorites). Reservations available between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm and the main event: appearances by the Easter bunny!

TIDAL+ – Hyatt at Olive 8 Hotel

 TIDAL+ – Hyatt at Olive 8 Hotel is celebrating the launch of their brand-new brunch offering! The menu is seafood-forward with locally and sustainability sourced ingredients. Highlights include halibut ceviche, lobster toast, steak + eggs, and blackberry pancakes.

All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar

All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, situated within Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle, is offering a menu of Easter brunch specials from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. Savor the finest flavors of the Pacific Northwest amidst elegant ambiance with dishes like Dungeness Crab Benedict served with house hashbrowns and fruit; PNW Bread Pudding with Rainier cherries, local apples, croissant bread pudding, hazelnut strawberry whip, candied bacon and berries; and PNW Smoked Salmon Omelet with hot smoked king salmon, chive, asparagus and goat cheese. Drink specials include a Classic Mimosa, Spring Grapefruit Mint Mimosa, and AW Bellini. Reservations are available on Tock.

Ivar’s Acres of Clams

Ivar’s Acres of Clams is offering an Easter brunch buffet from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar is hosting an Easter brunch buffet on March 31.  Priced at $95 for adults and $30 for children.

Lobster Shop

If you’re looking for a delightfully curated Easter meal, you’re in for a treat! Enjoy Lobster Shop’s 4-course tasting menu, featuring spectacular mountain views and signature seafood dishes like the Lobster Bisque and Ahi Tuna paired with a special cocktail selection. BluWater Bistro

BluWater Bistro is taking reservations for Easter Sunday brunch.

Mint Progressive Indian

Mint Progressive Indian is serving a 3-course Easter brunch from 10 am to 2:30 pm.  Priced at $75 for adults and $50 for children 12 and under.

Fairmont Olympic

Fairmont Olympic is hosting an Easter Sunday brunch buffet with seatings at 9 am and 12 pm.  Priced at $105 for adults and $56 for children 4-12.  

The George is serving a 3-course brunch menu on March 31 from 12 pm to 2 pm.  Priced at $75 for adults.  The menu features delights such as the indulgent S’mores French Toast, Olympic Smash Burger, The George Carbonara, and the decadent Crab Benedict.

Events at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Events at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is offering an Easter buffet on Sunday March 31.  Priced at $155 for adults and $65 for children 5-14.

Grappa

Grappa is taking reservations for Easter Sunday brunch.

Claim Jumper

Claim Jumper (Tukwila) is offering an Easter brunch buffet for $49.99 for adults and $19.99 for children 12 and under.  The buffet includes a wide variety of Claim Jumper classics, traditional breakfast, omelet bar, carving station, south of border specialties, pastas, American favorites, homemade desserts and more.

Solarium Kitchen & Bar

Solarium Kitchen & Bar (Bellevue) is hosting an Easter Sunday brunch buffet.  Priced at $68 for adults, $55 for seniors, $25 for children 5-12, and free for children under 5.  Featuring standard breakfast selections such as omelets made to order, freshly made waffles, fresh cut fruit, and various other breakfast favorites. The buffet also includes hot and savory protein selections from carving station complimented by mouth watering salmon and pork osso bucco. Don’t forget fresh seafood bar loaded with prawns, smoked salmon, mussels and clams.

Sparrow

Sparrow (Kirkland) is taking reservations for Easter Brunch on March 31.

The Lodge at St. Edward Park

This year, indulge in elegance and tradition with Easter Afternoon Tea at The Lodge at St. Edward Park (Kenmore). Enjoy a local artist pop up by Ballard Millinery Studio offering handcrafted hats for the special occasion. Then, enjoy a leisure affair of sweet treats and savory finger foods to enjoy with craft tea from Rishi Tea and Botanicals Company.
