Easter in Las Vegas brings an array of dining options for those planning to celebrate with a special meal. Restaurants throughout the city are offering limited-time menus featuring spring ingredients, traditional favourites, and dessert specials. Whether you’re looking for a casual brunch with the family or a more upscale dinner, there’s a range of choices to suit different tastes. Here are some of the Easter menus available this year.

This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.
Black Tap is offering their All-American Burger and Cookie Shake on Easter Sunday. The restaurant will be open from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Bouchon Bakery is offering Passover specials throughout April. Featured items include coconut rochers dipped in Valrhona chocolate, flourless chocolate cake with hazelnut ganache, and Robin’s Egg Macarons filled with malted chocolate buttercream.
Bouchon Bistro is offering a French-inspired Easter brunch on Sunday, April 20 from 8 AM to 2 PM. Dishes include Regiis Ova sturgeon caviar, escargots de Bourgogne, and steak et œufs.
BRERA osteria is offering Easter Day specials from 11 AM to 10 PM. Featured dishes include Welsh Lamb Chops with parsley purée, nardello pepper, gremolata, and Verderosso pistachio cake with strawberry gelée and pistachio mousse.
Buddy V’s Ristorante is offering an Easter brunch on Sunday, April 20 from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The $75 prix-fixe menu for adults includes deviled and truffled eggs, beet and goat cheese crostini, herb-crusted lamb chops, carrot cake, and piña colada pudding. Children under ten dine for $35.
Estiatorio Milos is offering a Greek Easter feast on Sunday, April 20 from 11:30 AM to 11 PM, featuring roasted lamb, egg cracking “tsougrisma,” and other traditional dishes.
Gjelina is offering a new weekend brunch from 9 AM to 3 PM. Easter dishes include Moroccan baked eggs, lemon buckwheat ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote, duck hash with crispy egg and whole grain vinaigrette, and maple glazed slab bacon.
Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano is offering Easter Day specials on Sunday, April 20 from 4 PM to 10 PM. Dishes include black garlic fettuccelle with duck ragù and a tropical pavlova with pineapple, mango, passion fruit, and apricot liqueur.
Mott 32 is offering brunch from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Menu items include Szechuan-style dumplings, whole Dungeness crab, and a 42-Day applewood roasted Peking duck.
Yardbird is offering Easter Brunch from 9 AM to 4 PM and Easter Dinner from 4 PM to 11 PM. Brunch includes hickory-smoked prime rib and eggs, an Easter omelet, and a strawberry cheesecake waffle. Dinner features potato and leek soup, Wagyu shepherd’s pie, truffle mac and cheese, and Grandma’s warm carrot cake.
WAKUDA is offering the Peep Show cocktail from April 18 to 20, made with grenadine, lemon strawberry gin, and cream. Menu highlights include smoked salmon with onion soy dressing, sashimi platters, a 32oz prime porterhouse, and Australian spiny lobster.
Jing Restaurant is hosting an Easter brunch at noon with seasonal dishes, brunch staples, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
Fleming’s Steakhouse – Las Vegas and Fleming’s Steakhouse – Summerlin are offering a $52 three-course prix-fixe brunch with dishes like French Onion Frittata, Shellfish Louie Salad, and Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail.
Locale Italian Kitchen + Craft Cocktails is accepting reservations for Easter brunch, with seatings starting at 10:30 AM. Menu details have not been shared.
Crossroads Kitchen is offering a vegan Easter buffet priced at $65 for adults and $32 for kids. The buffet includes savoury dishes and sweets in a casual setting.
Vetri Cucina is hosting an Easter brunch with seasonal Italian dishes served on the 56th floor. Menu details have not been listed.
Texas de Brazil – Las Vegas opens at 11 AM on Easter Sunday. Brunch is served until 3 PM, followed by the full dinner menu for the rest of the day.
Veranda – Four Seasons Las Vegas is offering an Easter brunch buffet from 9 AM to 3 PM at $155 per person. The buffet includes marinated steak, herb chicken, Atlantic salmon, and more at carving stations.
Brezza is hosting an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet from 11 AM to 3 PM. Pricing is $85 for adults and $45 for children 8 and under.
Border Grill – Mandalay Bay is serving unlimited small plates at $44.99 per person. The Easter menu includes Steak & Egg, Deviled Eggs, Barbacoa Benedict, and desserts such as Churro Tots, Lemon Poppy Seed Cupcakes, and Strawberry Tres Leches.
Emmitt’s Vegas is offering a $75 buffet from 10 AM to 3 PM ($35 for kids under 12). The menu includes sushi, shrimp cocktail, eggs benedict, French toast casserole, carving stations, and desserts. Each table receives a welcome basket with Hot Cross Buns and Coffee Cake.
Michael Mina Bellagio is serving a $110 three-course prix-fixe brunch, available only on Easter. Diane Mina’s Blood Mary’s are included. The à la carte menu will not be available. Dress code is business casual.
Claim Jumper – Henderson is offering a 4-course Chef’s Table dinner for two, available Sunday through Thursday starting at $30 per person. The menu includes soup and salad, a shared starter, choice of entrée, and a shared dessert. This offer is not valid during special promotions such as Valentine’s week.
Mimi’s Cafe – Las Vegas and Mimi’s Cafe – Henderson are offering two Easter dining options. A three-course prix-fixe dinner will be served after 11 AM for $35 per person. Guests can choose from dishes like braised short ribs, hibachi salmon, stuffed shells, turkey dinner, and shrimp pesto pasta, followed by desserts such as molten lava cake or tiramisu. For earlier seatings, Mimi’s Cafe will also offer a full Easter brunch menu starting at 7 AM. Dishes include brioche French toast, steak and eggs, quiche Lorraine, huevos rancheros, and several varieties of eggs Benedict and omelets. Guests can also purchase chocolate-covered strawberries to take home.
Canyon Restaurant at The Retreat on Charleston Peak in Mount Charleston is offering an Easter buffet from 9 AM to 3 PM at $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Both the buffet and à la carte options will be available during that time. Regular breakfast is served from 7 AM to 9 AM, with standard lunch and dinner service from 3 PM to 8 PM.
