Kansas City restaurants are offering special Easter menus this year, featuring seasonal ingredients, traditional favorites, and festive desserts. Whether you’re planning a casual brunch or a more formal dinner, there are plenty of places around the city serving meals to mark the occasion. Here’s a look at some of the options available.

Granite City Food & Brewery – Kansas City in Kansas City is offering an Easter buffet with carved ham, strawberry kale salad, eggs Florentine, scampi tortellini, and ponzu salmon, along with brunch staples such as biscuits and gravy, thick-cut bacon, and fresh fruit. Pricing is $34.99 for adults and $10.99 for kids.
American Slang Modern Brasserie in Kansas City is serving Easter brunch from 10 AM to 2 PM featuring stations for omelets and carved prime rib and ham. Dishes include mini chicken salad, Caesar salad, smoked bacon, French toast, waffles, garlic mashed potatoes, chicken Alfredo, and assorted pastries. Adults dine for $65 with a mimosa or Bloody Mary; kids under 12 for $25.
Trofi Restaurant in Overland Park is offering a traditional Easter brunch for $54.95 per adult and $30 per child. This is the only menu available during brunch hours.
The Melting Pot in Kansas City opens at 11 AM for Easter and is offering a four-course Endless Fondue option. Guests can choose from a selection of cheese fondue, salad, entrée, and chocolate fondue for $59. The regular menu is also available.
Granite City Food & Brewery – Kansas City Speedway in Kansas City, KS is serving an Easter buffet with carved ham, kale salad, scampi tortellini, ponzu salmon, eggs Florentine, and brunch classics. Adult pricing is $34.99 and $10.99 for kids.
Pierpont’s at Union Station in Kansas City is offering a three-course prix-fixe brunch featuring both regular menu items and Easter-only dishes. Pricing is $45 for adults and $25 for children under 12.
The American Reserve Bar & Grille in Kansas City is offering Easter brunch with dishes such as lobster Benedict and dinner specials including a carved leg of lamb with seasonal accompaniments. Brunch and dinner seatings are available throughout the day.
