The Lobster Gyoza was quite a stunning dish with a perfect, crispy tomato tuile and the lobster gyoza were delicious too! The silky steamed eggs with bison meat sauce, black bean and puffed rice was a homey, comforting dish. The tornado omelet was delicious and came with perfectly poached lobster pieces. The Foie Gras Ramen had luscious pieces of foie gras; tender piece of duck meat; al dente noodles; and a tasty savoury broth.
