Paris Baguette USA is a delightful bakery café brand I’ve enjoyed before, so it was a treat to visit their new location in Delray Beach, FL, during our trip. While they offer an array of pastries, donuts, breads, and more, it’s their cakes that have especially stood out to me in the past.
This time around, we tried their new seasonal cake offerings. The Double Chocolate Salted Caramel Layer Cake offers an indulgent blend of rich chocolate, caramel, and a hint of sea salt. The Cookies & Cream Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake is a dream for anyone who loves the classic cookies & cream flavor, with its creamy New York-style base and ganache topping. Then there’s the 14-layer Crepe Cake, with delicate layers filled with cream, perfect for a lighter yet decadent bite. And lastly, the Maple Pecan Layer Cake brings warm autumn flavors with its maple pecan cream, finished with a caramel sauce and a salted caramel macaron.
