Discover Italy’s Finest Regions during September Wine Dinner Experience at Carrabba’s

Embark on an enticing journey through one of the greatest wine regions in the world. From Tuscany to Verona and many provinces in between, Carrabba’s Italian Grill invites guests to Discover Italy during their September wine dinner.

Hosted on Tuesday, September 12 at 6:30 p.m. for $55 per person, Carrabba’s chefs have prepared four courses expertly paired with wines from the finest regions of Italy.

First Course:

Beet and Goat Cheese Salad: Romaine and spinach, lightly tossed in a fig vinaigrette with roasted beets, tomatoes, roasted red bell peppers and goat cheese, sprinkled with bacon.

  • Paired with Bertani Dué Uvé Pinot Grigio – Sauvignon Blanc.

Second Course:

Penne with Black Pepper Cream and Sausage: Penne pasta and Italian sausage in a creamy black pepper sauce with roasted tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and grated cheese topped with fresh basil chiffonade.

  • Paired with II Borro “Pian Di Nova” Super Tuscan.

Third Course:

Chicken Ardente: Grilled chicken breast prepared with Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, topped with tomatoes, olive oil, basil, garlic, and melted gorgonzola cheese. Served with sautéed broccoli.

  • Paired with Fontanafredda Serralunga Barolo.

Fourth Course:

Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Strawberries: Layers of velvety chocolate mousse and strawberry sauce, garnished with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and mint.

  • Paired with Allegrini Valpolicella.
