Spicy Palermo Wings- Crispy wings tossed in a spicy, smoky butter sauce topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese, green onions and a side of gorgonzola cheese sauce for dipping.

Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye with Bourbon Butter- A 16oz Tuscan-Grilled ribeye prepared with our signature Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs topped with sweet bourbon-infused and salted caramelbrowned butter. Served with rosemary roasted potatoes and sauteed broccoli.
