In the spirit of togetherness this November, Carrabba’s Italian Grill is hosting two incredible four-course culinary pairing experiences including a chef-crafted Antinori Wine Dinner and Friendsgiving Bourbon Dining Experience.
Antinori Wine Dinner Menu (November 7 at 6:30 p.m. for $65 per person)

Grateful for loyal guests and thankful for friends who have become part of the Carrabba’s family, they’re invited to an incredible four-course dinner with wine pairings from the renowned Antinori family, featuring Stag’s Leap from Napa Valley.
Spinach and Gorgonzola Salad with Scallops
Seared sea scallops served over romaine and spinach, tossed in a gorgonzola dressing, and sprinkled with candied pecans, bacon, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
Paired with a Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio.
Pasta Sostanza
Sostanza meaning “sustenance” in Italian was a quick dish Grandma Mandola and Mama Grace would prepare for the family.
Penne pasta tossed in crushed tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and spinach, finished with crumbled ricotta salada.
Paired with a Villa Antinori Rosso.
Sirloin with Charred Onion Butter
Wood-Grilled with our Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs and topped with charred onion butter and crispy onions.
Served with roasted rosemary potatoes.
Paired with a Stag’s Leap Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon.
Caramel Apple Cheesecake
New York-style cheesecake topped with caramel apples and toasted cinnamonpecans.
Served with whipped cream and mint.
Paired with a Tormaresca Chardonnay.
Friendsgiving Bourbon Pairing Menu (November 15 at 6:30 p.m. for $65 per person)
Honoring the friends we choose as our family, Carrabba’s Italian Grill is hosting a one-of-a-kind, chef-crafted four-course Friendsgiving Bourbon Dining Experience featuring bourbons that fill the spirit and warm the soul.

Spicy Palermo Wings
Crispy wings tossed in a spicy, smoky sauce atop a bed of crumbled gorgonzola cheese with green onions and a side of gorgonzola cheese for dipping.
Paired with a Sicilian Bourbon Sour.
Rosemary-Garlic Cream Rigatoni with Grilled Chicken
Rigatoni pasta in a creamy alfredo sauce with a romano-parmesan cheese blend, sauteed mushrooms, roasted garlic, and fresh rosemary, topped with wood-grilled chicken. Paired with Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon.
Bone-in Veal Steak topped with Bourbon Bacon Butter
Wood-grilled with Mr. C’s signature Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, topped with Brother’s Bond Bourbon and bacon infused butter.
Served with creamed spinach topped with parmesan cheese.
Paired with Brother’s Bond American Blended Rye.
Bourbon Cinnamon Panna Cotta
This panna cotta is made with sweetened cream and cinnamon, infused with Angel’s Envy Bourbon and topped with whipped cream, candied pecans and chocolate shavings.
Paired with Angel’s Envy Straight Bourbon.
