Black+Blue Toronto has been selected as the only Canadian venue for The Rare Tour, a globally recognized culinary event featuring some of the world’s best steak restaurants. From March 25 to 28, 2025, the Toronto steakhouse will host a 4-hands dinner that brings together Executive Chef Morgan Bellis and Chef Casper Sobczyk of CAPA in Copenhagen, currently ranked No. 23 on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants list.

Presented by Upper Cut Concepts, The Rare Tour celebrates top-tier steakhouses worldwide, with past stops in London, Florence, Hong Kong, Quito, and Buenos Aires. The collaboration at Black+Blue Toronto will showcase a six-course menu featuring a fusion of Nordic and Canadian influences, paired with carefully selected wines.
Glowbal Restaurant Group founder Emad Yacoub describes this as a landmark event for the restaurant, highlighting the talent and innovation of Black+Blue Toronto’s culinary team. Known for its high-end steak and seafood offerings, the venue continues to solidify its reputation within Canada’s fine dining scene.
