Birdy’s Behind the Bower, the charming Instagram-worthy spot perched in the back of New Orleans’ Framework building known for its all-day brunch and Southern-inspired fare, will kick off Early Bird Happy Hour on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Available Monday – Friday from 8AM – 10AM, the indoor/outdoor eatery will give early risers an array of discounted cocktails and brunch dishes.
Guests can enjoy $6 specialty cocktails including Brunch Punch – barrel-aged rum, pineapple, orange, grenadine, and cherry; Sangria – 19 Crimes red wine, pineapple, and citrus; Prosecco Margarita – tequila, triple sec, lime, and prosecco; and a rotating Punch of the Day. A Benvolio Prosecco Split is also available for only $10.
Early Bird Happy Hour food specials include $6 Deviled Eggs with whipped egg mousse, fried Louisiana crawfish tails, and a hot sauce reduction; $12 Classic Breakfast and a Cup of Coffee – two eggs any way, bacon, house-made tots and toast; $9 Kale Caesar (vegan) with mixed farm kale, Parmigiano, crispy spiced chickpeas, avocado, cherry tomatoes and a creamy roasted lemon Caesar dressing; and a $12 Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich with dill slaw, B&B pickles and aioli on a brioche bun served with a side salad.
Of course, Birdy’s famed Brunch Board – donut, granola, slab bacon, hot coppa, bubble waffle, fruit, seasonal jam, mini cookies, mini pancakes, triple crème brie, soft-boiled eggs; and the Biscuit Board – whipped local honey butter, seasonal jam, chicken sausage gravy are also available.
Birdy’s is open Monday – Friday 8AM – 2PM; Saturday and Sunday from 8AM-3PM.
