This brand-new restaurant concept will feature flavor-driven food and drinks made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, served in a casual, trendy dining room, spacious lounge, 20-seat terrazzo countertop bar or a 75 seat sun-filled patio.

This concept will also feature a Provisions area where customers can purchase ready-to-eat meals, ingredients and sauces.

Taking over the former Earls Bridge Park location at 3850 Lougheed, Birdies  Eats & Drinks is set to become the go-to place for those who live and work in the Burnaby + East Vancouver areas, and anyone from Greater Vancouver looking to enjoy a vibrant and fun night out with friends or family.

Birdies Eats & Drinks was developed by a small team at Earls however this is a completely new concept in look, feel, menu, and design.

The day-to-day operations of Birdies will be run by a new team creating a more laid-back, fun and casual feel when dining at Birdies.

The menu at Birdies was designed for how people wanted to eat.

Birdies bar program leans into the sunny vibe with an emphasis on fresh-squeezed juice, crushable cocktails, sustainably grown wines, sessionable beers, and delicious spirit free drinks.

The menu was developed by Beverage Director David Stansfield and Katie Ingram, Vancouver Magazine’s 2020 Bartender of the Year.

Margaritas makeup the heart of the cocktail menu.

The classic fresh squeezed Margarita features fresh lime juice and 100% agave tequila. It comes individually on the rocks or in a retro, shareable two-litre dispenser.

Other Margaritas include the Spicy Verdita Marg, Strawberry Sour Margarita, and show-stopping Blue Crush Margarita made with blue curacao and a proprietary shimmering yuzu syrup.

Birdies wine menu, like everything else about the restaurant, is cool, sunny, and bright, but with heart. Every wine is sustainably grown with vegan, organic, and natural wine options.
