Anton SV Pâtisserie is a Mille Crêpe cakes purveyor in the Bay Area. They operate as an online and wholesale boutique confectionery with multiple pickup locations in San Jose, SF, Berkeley, Concord, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, and Hayward.
Their Mille Crêpe cakes are hand-made with at least 20 paper-thin crepes seamlessly layered with cream.
I went to their San Jose Headquarter location and got the Black Sesame Mille Crêpe Cakes which had perfect layers and a nutty flavor.
They have an order touch screen at their entrance.
They will bring out your order afterwards.
They also package their products into nice gift bags and boxes which makes it easy if you are wanting to gift some desserts to someone.
The Black Sesame Mille Crêpe Cakes from Anton SV Pâtisserie were no doubt beautifully crafted and delicious. They were elegant and rich, yet light and nearly dissolving to taste.
They also have goji berries between some of of the layers.
As someone who enjoys Lady M Mille Crêpe Cakes, my impression is that Anton SV Pâtisserie is more expensive than Lady M and their slices seem smaller. However, I think that Anton SV Pâtisserie does a somewhat better job with their layers because some of the Lady M cakes I have had had less “clean” layers and were more sloppy.
