Starbucks Canada Summer Menu 2026: Food & Drink Highlights

Starbucks Canada is launching their summer menu nationwide as of May 12, with new customizable Refreshers, mango-flavoured beverages, returning Cool Lime drinks, cake pops, seasonal merchandise, and a new scheduled ordering feature in the Starbucks app.

The new menu introduces more ways for customers to personalize cold drinks for summer, including caffeine-free, classic, and Energy Boosted Refreshers. Mango also joins the menu for a limited time, appearing in new matcha and chai beverages as well as a mango-flavoured cold foam option.

New Customizable Starbucks Refreshers

Starbucks Canada is introducing customizable energy Refreshers year-round in Canadian coffeehouses. Customers can order classic Refreshers with B vitamins, choose an Energy Boosted Refresher with extra caffeine and B vitamins, or make Refreshers caffeine-free.

The customizable options are available across Refreshers flavours and can be made with water, lemonade, or coconut beverage. Customization may cost extra.

  • Caffeine-free Refreshers contain 0 mg of caffeine across Tall, Grande, Venti, and Trenta sizes.
  • Classic Refreshers contain 25 mg of caffeine in a Tall, 50 mg in a Grande, 75 mg in a Venti, and 100 mg in a Trenta.
  • Energy Boosted Refreshers contain 100 mg of caffeine in a Tall, 125 mg in a Grande, 150 mg in a Venti, and 175 mg in a Trenta.

Tropical Butterfly Refresher Joins the Menu

Tropical Butterfly Refresher is a new summer drink featuring guava and passionfruit flavours, mango-pineapple flavoured pearls, and a splash of butterfly pea flower infusion. The beverage can be customized with lemonade or coconut beverage, along with the customer’s preferred caffeine level.

The drink adds a colourful, fruit-driven option to the Refreshers lineup, with texture from the flavoured pearls and a tropical profile built around guava, passionfruit, mango, and pineapple notes.

Cool Lime Refreshers Return Year-Round

Cool Lime Refresher is returning to Starbucks Canada as a year-round menu item after previous limited appearances.

The drink features lime flavour shaken with ice and a real lime slice. Customers can also order Cool Lime as a lemonade or coconut beverage version, depending on their preference.

New Mango Drinks and Cold Foam

Mango joins the Starbucks Canada menu for a limited time this summer. Customers can add mango syrup to select beverages or order mango-flavoured cold foam as a creamy topping.

Iced Mango Cream Matcha pairs Starbucks matcha powder made from shade-grown, milled green tea with mango-flavoured cold foam. The drink brings a fruitier finish to the iced matcha lineup.

Iced Mango Cream Chai combines the warming spice profile of chai with mango flavour and mango-flavoured cold foam. The result is a cold chai drink with a creamy texture and fruit sweetness.

Returning Cake Pops

Unicorn Cake Pop is returning for summer. The treat is made with vanilla cake dipped in white-chocolatey icing and finished with a unicorn face design and colourful confetti.

Cookies and Cream Cake Pop is also returning. It features chocolate cake blended with sandwich-cookie buttercream and cookie pieces, dipped in white-chocolatey coating, and finished with dark-chocolatey cookie crumb.

Starbucks Summer Merchandise

Starbucks Canada is also launching seasonal merchandise on May 12 at participating coffeehouses for a limited time while supplies last.

The Starbucks Road Trip Collection includes stainless steel tumblers, cold cups, mugs, sticker packs, keychains, totes, and a picnic blanket. The collection is inspired by summer travel and casual road trips.

The Miffy + Starbucks collaboration will launch on May 19 in Starbucks coffeehouses across Canada and the U.S. The limited-time collection includes drinkware and lifestyle items featuring the Miffy character.

Scheduled Ordering in the Starbucks App

Starbucks is introducing scheduled ordering through the Starbucks app, allowing customers in Canada and the U.S. to place mobile orders up to one hour ahead and choose a specific pickup time.

The feature is designed for customers planning coffeehouse visits around commutes, workdays, errands, and summer outings.
