JINYA Ramen Bar is launching two new seasonal dishes, available until May 31, crafted by Vice President and Executive Corporate Chef Kazuya Takebe.

The Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen features a pork-based broth with pork chashu, green onion, kikurage, and onion. A seasoned egg and a dusting of fish powder add depth, while thin noodles complete this traditional bowl.

The Chicken Salad includes tender chicken breast mixed with red onion and cucumber in a creamy dressing, served with crispy wonton chips.
