Palace Prime
Palace Prime is offering a special Thanksgiving menu priced at $95 per person. The meal starts with green chili cornbread and whipped honey butter, followed by a choice of turkey posole verde, beet salad, or seared scallop. Entrée options include roasted turkey breast and leg confit, whole deboned trout, porchetta, or maple roasted honey nut squash. Sides, served family style, include green bean casserole, whipped potatoes, champagne citrus cranberry sauce, classic stuffing, and peppercorn gravy. For dessert, guests can choose between pumpkin pie with house-made vanilla cream and candied pecans or a brown butter blondie with chocolate mousse and caramel sauce.
SkyFire
SkyFire is offering a 3-course Thanksgiving menu for $135 per person, combining holiday traditions with Southwestern influences. Guests can enjoy a modern take on classic favourites, refined sides, and seasonal, house-made desserts. The dining experience will take place in the scenic and historic setting of Bishop’s Lodge, offering an intimate and elegant atmosphere.
El Nido
El Nido has been a beloved Thanksgiving destination for over 50 years. This year, Chef Ziggy has crafted a three-course menu, featuring a variety of holiday favourites to suit diverse tastes. Seatings are available from 11 AM to 7 PM, and the meal is priced at $95 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
Zacatlán
Zacatlán is offering a special pre-fixe 3-course Thanksgiving meal on November 28, created by owner and chef Eduardo Rodriguez. The experience is priced at $120 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is limited in the restaurant’s cozy dining rooms, and a fee will be charged per seat, including for infants and children.
Restaurant Martin
Restaurant Martin is offering a Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu priced at $155.96 per person. The menu includes options for each course and allows for dietary modifications.
Coyote Cafe
Coyote Cafe is offering a special three-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving meal for $100 per person. The menu includes several options for appetizers, entrées, and desserts, with Thanksgiving favourites among the choices.
Santacafe
Santacafe is offering a special three-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving meal for $100 per person. The menu features a variety of options for appetizers, entrées, and desserts, including classic Thanksgiving favorites.
Sassella
Sassella in Santa Fe is offering a special Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu for $120 per person, with optional wine pairings available for $85 per person. Reservations are available at 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 6:00 PM. The set menu highlights Italian-inspired dishes and includes a 20% gratuity and tax, which are not included in the base price. TerraCotta Wine Bistro
TerraCotta Wine Bistro in Santa Fe is offering a special Thanksgiving Day prix-fixe 3-course meal for $120 per person, excluding drinks, tax, and gratuity. Crafted by owner and chef Jose Rodriguez, this menu is available with seating starting at 6:00 PM on November 28. Reservations require a credit card, and a cancellation fee will apply for no-shows within 24 hours of the reservation.
Terra @ Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado
